Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Redan

This was undoubtedly one of the best vacation homes we’ve ever stayed in. From the pool and hot tub to the thoughtful touches—like the s’mores supplies our kids loved using at the fire pit—every detail was well-considered. Joel was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating. Despite our late check-in, he ensured everything went smoothly and even went out of his way to make up for the inconvenience. My family & I enjoyed our stay!!! It’s great for kids. The driveway is definitely steep and backing in is recommended. The homeowner does a great job disclosing that. Even with the steep driveway, we would definitely book again! The kitchen was the best stocked Air BnB kitchen I’ve ever experienced, so that was a huge benefit since we had a lot of meals there.

This place was so much fun and perfect for our family of 4 and a pup! Our kids said they liked the house better than our own home!! It was cooler than the pictures and felt lived in, in a very good way! Reina was super personable and responsive! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to ATL!

Sharday and her husband were great hosts. They were extremely responsive and gave great recommendations! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in their home & loved the area. It was a nice get away!

Wonderful place to stay especially if you have your dogs with you! They loved the huge backyard! All communication was quick and easy. Downtown Decatur is also just short drive away.

The Airbnb was exactly what we needed. Comfortable, clean, great location. The quick walk from the beltline made it the perfect place for accessing restaurants, shops, and other activities without being right in the hustle and bustle of it all!

The house was perfect for our group. Very roomy and spread out. Would rent again.

This home was simply amazing. The description of the home was so beautiful and accommodating. It was located near several attractions and the community itself was so beautiful. We will definitely choose this home again for our next visit to Atlanta.

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

We stayed at Jaya's for a couple of days while we were in town for a concert, and the location was so quiet and had the perks of being next door to a track and green space. I would definitely stay here next time I'm in Atlanta!

Jonathan’s place is convenient, functional and well-stocked. I was recovering from surgery while I was there, and the first floor location and comfortable furnishings were just what I needed. Jonathan replied quickly to any questions. Would stay there again (although, next time preferably without the surgery!)

The apartment was just as pictured in the photos. It was very clean and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There were lots of stores, shops, and restaurants within minutes. Kay was a great host. I had no reason to contact her because she left detailed instructions for everything! I was also pleasantly surprised that there were snacks, water, and even little bottles of wine. Unfortunately, I had to work while I was there, but the desk and chair were comfortable and I had no WIFI issues. The bed was also extremely comfortable and there were several options (air conditioner, fans, heaters) available to control the temperature of the rooms. I will definitely come back.

Jackie’s place was the best experience yet that we have had in Air B&B. Visually the atmosphere is very pleasing and hospitable. Our every need and question was taken into consideration before we ever even met. There were explicit instructions about how to operate the TV, what to do or who to contact if any problems were encountered with the property, local places of interest, convenient restaurants with delivery and/ or pickup, and even items included on the premises folks may have forgotten or overlooked in their packing. She was so sweet to have given us a welcoming basket with her own homemade delicious pound cake and other nice snacks for travelers fresh off the road. At our departure, we received lovely note and some decorative soaps. It was a very comfortable, quiet and serene place to stay! We will definitely check to see if she has availability and hopefully stay there on our next trip to the Conyers area. Great hosts, property, close to family-what more could we ask for.😊

Perfect place to stay for a weekend trip! The place was clean and had everything you would need, pictures do not do the place justice. It rained off and on during the weekend so outside of the activities we had planned, staying it was great as there were a number of streaming platforms available to watch a movie/show! Can't recommend enough and I'd definitely return.

Daniel was very friendly and responsive. We needed an extra towel and they brought it over in 15 minutes. One night I was a little cold and found a great space heater in the closet. Everything we needed was there for a comfortable stay.

The place was incredibly clean! The couch is comfortable, the blankets were soft & the pillows were wonderful. The lighting in the bedroom was very nice with all the morning sunlight coming in. Overall, the unit gets great natural light from all of the windows! Parking was easy & always available in the back. The neighborhood is very pretty - with nice homes, landscaping and trees. The location was also really nice - being a short walk to the beltline. It was also a short drive to places like: Evergreen Market & Butcher (great pastries & meatballs), the Georgia Aquarium, & Atlanta Botanic Garden! It was a great stay and I would definitely book again if in the area! ⭐️ One thing to note though was that there does seem to be some college aged students who stay up at night in the neighborhood/talking/playing music on the weekend. It wasn’t too loud though & my boyfriend & I were easily able to fall asleep still, but something to know for anyone who may be noise sensitive!

We had a great stay at Teresa’s place during our recent trip to Atlanta for a concert! The apartment was exactly as pictured — clean, comfortable, and full of charm. Teresa thought of everything a guest might need and even included a helpful manual with clear instructions and local tips. We especially appreciated her restaurant and shop recommendations — everything we tried was spot on! The bed was super comfy, and the space made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

Sara's place was perfect for the convention we attended that was about a block away. The security at the entrance and multiple locked checkpoints made us feel safe during our stay, and Sara was super responsive when we had any questions. I'm hoping we can get it again for next year!

This location was PERFECT!!! I had an event to go to in the area, I also brought my son and we hit legoland and sloomoo and I was less than 20 min from everything. If you know Atlanta then you know THAT MATTERS! Quiet, clean and enough room. Very responsive host as well. Best Airbnb experience I’ve had thus far. Will book again!

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

What was off-putting was handled swiftly and what was right was great. Anjel was a great host. I will return.

William is a very responsive and responsible host. His communication is great and the bnb was as expected. Good location, with places for food nearby, and walkable to a lot of different places. Scooters, bikes, and the Marta train station nearby as well. Would recommend!

The space itself is very nice, plenty of room and generally clean. There were plenty of amenities and the checkout process and rules were minimal and very easy to follow. The neighborhood was OK, although being in a college area there was a prevalence of a certain illegal smoke aroma whenever we were outside. It was not noticeable at all in the apartment though. I only mention it given how often we encountered it. Overall I’d visit again and access to the Aquarium is excellent, even my almost 3 year old walked there from the apartment!

Beth’s place is centrally located to an endless amount of things to do. Her apartment is well appointed and very functional. We’ll definitely rent from Beth in the future!
