Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

In the middle of the “Am Stettiner Haff” nature park and on the edge of the Ahlbecker Seegrund nature reserve, our romantic farmhouse from the early years of the last century is located on a large, fenced property. The farm consists of a house surrounded by linden and spruce trees with a well-kept front garden lined with boxwood and an adjoining thatched barn.

The apartment is part of our house, but has a separate entrance and its own small garden. You have your peace and quiet with us, we live in the same house, but everything is structurally separated from each other.... the village of Benz may not be for people who only want to be on the beach all day, but it is a great starting point for tours of the entire island.

In our neighborhood there is a golf course, lakes, forests and the most beautiful sandy beaches on the Polish coast. Kołczewo is a great starting point to enjoy all the tourist attractions and admire the wonders of nature. Enjoy the silence while sipping your morning coffee on the terrace and in the evening relax in the garden tub while looking at the stars.

We offer you a wooden year-round cottage (80m2) with three bedrooms located on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a kitchenette connected to the dining room and living room, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a utility room. Outside, there is a terrace with a barbecue area. The house is located on a 3000m2 plot, where you can park your cars.
