Holiday rentals with a patio in Ribble Valley District

We had a great stay at Sian’s place and are happy to highly recommend it. Sian was friendly and responsive. Her place was perfect for our needs - clean, nicely decorated, well located, etc. Will for sure stay again when back in Liverpool. Thanks so much Sian! ☺️

We had a great week in this flat and would definitely return , Pubs & restaurants on your doorstep and a great balcony to sit out on and watch the world go by. Also Nick our host is a nice guy .

The home hadn't been cleaned when we arrived but James responded immediately and it was cleaned within a half hour. James was very helpful and my son and his family had a great stay in a home from home whilst visiting from Australia . Cost was comparable to local hotels but for a longer stay much more convenient for the family, and within easy reach of local amenities and of course Pendle Hill - a highlight for my grandchildren / thank you James

Sheila and Pete were great hosts really friendly and welcoming and nothing too much trouble. The accommodation was faultless very homely and literally a 5 minute walk from the station. We were able to leave our possessions earlier than the checkin time which was fantastic as otherwise would’ve been lugging them about all day. They left us a lovely welcoming card and some gorgeous fresh scones with all the trimmings . Will definitely be booking to stay again. A charming well appointed little apartment. It was beautifully clean and tidy. If Main Street Haworth is your focus it’s quite a steep walk to get there but worth it. Having free parking so close is a real bonus. Dealing with Ruth was easy and she was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

The basement apartment was as described - spacious, clean and well equipped, in a peaceful suburban location. It was good to have space on the drive to park the car; checking in was straightforward. We appreciated the comfortable beds after exploring the local area during the day. And there's a fine selection of restaurants. Tom was quick to respond. A great place to stay!

Had a brilliant stay, was met by Kevin to check in, he was very informative and couldn’t offer enough advice/guidance. Vikki was very responsive during communications and always very respectful and clear. The place itself is amazing, very spacious, clean and you get plenty of towels, cutlery etc. The hot tub is very well kept and smart. The hosts are there if you need anything but leave you to total privacy. The view from the back is outstanding and we had a brilliant time. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. We booked this for a family of 8 and two little ones. The indoor/outdoor living is brilliant and the space was perfect for everyone to do what was needed without us being on top of each other! Very clean space, quick response times from hosts who were extremely accommodating. The location is great with lots of choice of activities in the surrounding areas for all ages!

A slice of cottage life just steps away from the Haworth Main Street close enough but not in the bustle. Tracey was welcoming and very easy to communicate with. Our stay was comfortable with everything we needed and the place was spotless, an important factor in my book. The art, decor and furnishings were just right and we liked perusing the novels in the home. It was the perfect base for our exploration of Bronte country and we felt immersed in their world. Visiting the Parsonage and going for a ramble to the moors couldn’t have been easier. Thank you Tracey for an unforgettable experience!

This was a beautiful cottage with everything you could need and more😊 Location was good just a 10 min walk into town Mason pub was really nice food and staff were great 😊 Would definitely return was a lovely stay 🥰

We had a wonderful stay in the cottage. Check in was easy and the welcome instructions were very clear and helpful. They also had some lovely local recommendations for walks and places to visit. the cottage was beautiful furnished, clean and cosy. We will happily stay again!

The house was spacious, clean and well maintained. Excellent facilities in the kitchen. Lively white fluffy towels plenty of hot water. Excellent instructions in the manual.

Had a lovely short stay at The BoatHouse. Views were absolutely stunning and the accommodation was spacious and comfortable. The beds were super comfy. The work next door was a little noisy at times but we were pre-warned and to be honest it didn’t bother us. Just beware to close the blind in the bathroom as the crane provides a direct view in! Please note that you need to bring your own toilet/kitchen roll for the accommodation otherwise everything was extremely well stocked. Would definitely return!

My teenage daughters and I stayed at James’s place, it was easy to access, communication was great with James and a small issue whilst it couldn’t be rectified at the time (it didn’t bother me) he informed me it was fixed after we left which is great. There was a local store to get bits and pieces of food and drink. Easy access to Manchester and a view of the river from the back of the property. The girls said it was also good for tiktok’s or Insta posts as it had good mirrors!

It was no surprise to us that our stay was pretty much perfect as this was our second visit; this time for ten nights. I honestly can't find any fault with our stay and, along with Tom, the others involved with the apartment were superb. It is the sort of place you always want to return to. Tom even managed to provide superb weather for us!!!! Everything about the place and location was perfect right down to the smallest details. I would unreservedly recommend this place to anyone. Superb!! I thought of one thing though. Tom, maybe you could provide some egg cups for old codgers like us ! Ha ha. Seriously though...a perfect stay in every way. Thank you

A beautiful room exactly as described in the images and description. The room was pristine and easy to get into. Even had a tower fan to help cool down in the hot summer.

Beautiful Georgian basement apartment, spotless, bright spacious and well appointed. Location was peaceful excellent for a short walk into Ripon (pubs/restaurants). Strongly recommended as 5 star accommodation.

This is a little gem. Felt very private and yet hosts were just next door and really helpful. Lots of lovely restaurants within walking distance, and really well equipped accommodation. Fresh decor & lovely and clean . Lots to do nearby, on the edge of the peak district and yet really convenient for transport link, including the airport. We felt very lucky to have found this at relatively short notice!

Really lovely wee place - gives a really clean vibe as soon as you walk in. Everything you need is there, but it's not at all cluttered for the space there is. Garden was great for the dogs! Only stayed 1 night as passing through on our way further South, but would definitely stay again if making a similar journey. Thanks for a lovely, clean place to stay!

The Vault was a perfect base for our 2 week stay visiting family and friends. On arrival there was music playing and the space was warm and cozy, delightful after a long journey. It really set the tone for our stay. The space is stylish, comfortable, peaceful and perfect for resting after a long day of activities. Rob is an excellent host, approachable and responsive. He also provided some unexpected touches that made us feel very welcome. The location is ideal and provided us with the option of leaving the car and using the tram or buses a few steps away. The neighbourhood is delightful to walk around with excellent shopping and dining choices. When the sun shone we took advantage of the garden courtyard to enjoy a home cooked meal amongst the ferns and art. We really enjoyed our stay at the Vault.
