Townhouse in the middle of Ribe, 100 meters to the Cathedral. The home has 2 good bedrooms, kitchen with dining area, large cozy living room. In addition, a bathroom on the 1st floor and a toilet on the ground floor. The house has a large, lovely south-facing enclosed courtyard, where you can enjoy the sun all day. You can park on the street close to the house for two hours free of charge between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on weekdays and Saturday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Otherwise, there is free parking around the clock about a five-minute walk from the house

Our cozy newly built (2022) annex is located in the heart of the old Nordby. In the annex, there is a living room, large kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds), large bathroom and entrance. From the home, it is 5 minutes by bike to the ferry, 10 minutes by bike to the beach and 0 minutes to shopping and downtown. There is a private terrace, where there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the weather. In addition, the annex has its own parking right at the door.

Lejligheden er nyrenoveret i 2025 ligger helt centralt i hjertet af Ribe lige ved Domkirken, tæt på gågaden. Handikapvenlig med egen parkeringsplads lige ved døren. Stor dejlig gårdhave så man kan nyde solen. Nabo til kunstner samt det hyggelige Klubben 1811, hvor der kan nydes øl, vin, kaffe samt spilles lidt pool/billiard. 2 enkeltsenge med mulighed for opredning til yderligere 1-2 personer på sovesofa. Sengelined og håndklæder er tilgængelig. Køkkenet er med komfur, airfryer og mikroovn.

Hemsen er nok egnet til unge mennesker da der er en stejl trappe derop… Der er en weekend seng med dyne og pude - højstole - puslepude på badeværelset En badekar til børn. Tv med internet. Udenfor er der bord med stole og grill. Drømmeseng kan man låne hvis der er interesse for det Der er fluenet på alle plast vinduer. Tag vinduerne er der ikk fluenet i. Man lægger selv sengetøj på.

Stueetagen er ikke til gæstens rådighed, - men der er et lille toilet i stueetagen som gerne må anvendes.
