Chequer Barn Apartment

An oak framed loft apartment is above a large garage which is accessed by stairs with a balcony for tree level seating. The space is not attached to our house and has separate access. The pitched roof gives the apartment a feeling of space and light, with underfloor heating. The outside space is ideal if you want some fresh air. We are in a rural location with no amenities, although the nearest village is only two miles away. We would welcome all visitors, but we don’t accept children.

This must be one of the most luxurious holiday let in Masham, offering 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it sits looking down Park Square with literally every amenity on its doorstep! On the side of the building is 7kw EV charging by podpoint so be sure to download the app! This Grade 2 listed building stood empty for over 10 years before being converted by Langton Holdings Ltd of Leeds. The 5 month seven figure refurbishment even included the removal of the Old Vault from the bank!
