The large balcony (24 square meters) with a southwest-facing location has sun from noon to evening and invites you to sunbathe or have a cozy breakfast or barbecue evening. The apartment has a private parking space for the car and a lockable bicycle cellar. Swimming pool and tennis court are available for a small fee.

Upstairs : 1st bedroom with double bed, 2nd . Children's room (2 beds)and bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. In the basement there is a second toilet. Dogs only on request !!!
