Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. Our apartment "Funky Four" for up to 6 people was completed in 2022. It is modern, close to the beach and both stylish and cozy, accessible and with high comfort. The apartment impresses, among other things, its great location almost directly behind the dyke, only 170 m from the sea and has its own parking space. In 3 minutes you can walk to the promenade and the sea. On cold days, the sauna pampers you and guarantees peace and relaxation.

The apartment consists of a bedroom, a large living area with an open, modern kitchen, bathroom and two large terraces overlooking an idyllic garden. It is located just 800 meters from the beach and the city center. If you don't feel like going to the beach, you can take a leisurely walk in the adjacent forest and then relax in the communal sauna.

Here you can book a 10 m² tiny house with a small kitchen and integrated bathroom. For cold evenings, there is a fireplace in addition to the underfloor heating. The accommodation is hidden between apple, pear, plum and walnut trees in our garden. The tiny house is biologically insulated with wood wool, clad from the inside with profiled wood and from the outside with larch wood from the region.
