Cozy location by the forest between the sea and the lake (4-5 km). Perfect for establishing both Skåne and Blekinge. Bromölla nice hiking/biking trails by the sea, along Ivösjön, in the beech forest. Sölvesborg 12 km , an old city center and nice beaches. Sweden Rock 20 km Kjugekull Bouldering 8 km Sheets and towels are not included, can be arranged if we are at home!

Newly built (2020), bright and fresh apartment (54 m2) on the farm Fagraslätt, 10 km from Kristianstad. The farm is located three kilometers from a lake and 20 km from the sea and Åhus' beautiful beaches. Quiet and rural environment, with rolling fields outside the door. Small country roads invite you to bike trips around the lakes in the area. In Kristianstad, there is a rich variety of restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 6 km away. Two people live comfortably and four live well. Two more can sleep on the sofa bed.

In Rinkaby there is a nice breakfast and lunch restaurant with super good brunch on Saturdays. With 12 minutes by car and 27 minutes by bike you can get to the nice beaches in Åhus. C4 shopping, Leo's lekland and JumpYard are 8 minutes away by car. 15 min by car there is also Badriket The buses run almost 24/7.
