Nearby bike and pedestrian paths invite you to explore the surrounding towns. Denmark is just a few kilometers away, as is the small town of Tondern. Access is separate from the residential building.

Who hasn't dreamed of a night in a tree house as a child? We want to share this experience with you! Approximately 4 meters above the ground, surrounded by green leaves, you can only feel comfortable. A day in the tree house (without the luxury of everyday life) slows you down incredibly. You shouldn't expect luxury, but rather an adventure and the challenge of getting by with little. With stick bread by the campfire and an evening view from the tree house into the starry sky, you can escape everyday life.

Mitten im Wald schlafen ist für viele ein Traum. Hier wird er wahr! Am Rande einer romantischen Waldlichtung steht dieser ökologisch ausgebaute Waldwagen mitten in der Natur und wartet auf Deinen Besuch. Wohnhaus und Hofzufahrt sind weit genug entfernt, um hier ganz allein zu sein. Der wohnlich eingerichtete Wagen mit Holzofen, Küche, Essbereich und Bett bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene und zusätzlich bis zu zwei Kinder. Lass die Ruhe des Waldes auf Dich wirken! Gerade im Winter sehr gemütlich.

This spacious apartment with over 155 m² of living space was integrated into a former hayloft of a farm in the idyllic Efkebüll. It impresses with relaxed living on two levels and a special lighting: in the morning the sun greets the bathroom and kitchen, wanders during the day in the spacious living and dining area and says goodbye in the evening in the bedroom. Generosity, spaciousness and the undisturbed view through the lush window front characterize the living experience.

Huus Ehni with sauna

The (semi-) island is accessible via a causeway. The lütte Reethuus was already mentioned in 1803 and has a very special charm. The house has just been renovated with a lot of love and you will find space for up to 4 people. Nordstrand offers many leisure activities: cycling, Nordic walking, kite surfing, swimming, inline skating ... and much more. From the harbor you can reach the Halligen and neighboring islands (Pellworm, Amrum, Föhr and Sylt) by boat.

The garden is over 1000 square meters. There is space to grill, play or unwind. The garden is completely enclosed. Of course, there is also a baby crib in the house. The beach is 15 minutes by car. Vores bolig ligger tæt på grænsen, kunst og kultur, Højer, Tønder, midt i Nationalpark Vadehavet. Du vil elske vores bolig på grund af den enestående placering i rolige omgivelser, den uendelige plads. Vores bolig er egnet til par, soleeventyrere, forretningsrejsende, familier (med børn) . Boligens umiddelbar nærhed til Vidåen - som er et mekka for fiskere - gør at man kan lægge til, med en lille jolle i sammenhæng med grunden.

Landsitz Risum-Lindholm

The estate is located between Niebüll and Risum-Lindholm. Forget your worries and enjoy the tranquility in the middle of fields. Enjoy the light North Frisian breeze on the terrace with a cup of coffee. Take a bike ride on the dike to Dagebüll (13 km) and from there to Föhr or Amrum. The way to Sylt or Denmark is also not far... Should the North Frisian weather show its dark side, the fireplace with its cozy warmth is ready.

Cottage Nissen

The idyllically located wooden house is located in the small village of Ockholm, just 5 minutes from the Wadden Sea. Old apple trees surround the ecologically built house on the 1000sqm property and invite you to relax. From the back terrace you can enjoy the wide view of a pasture with horses or sheep. Swimming facilities and mudflat walks are within easy reach, as are the ferry docks to the Halligen or to Föhr and Amrum.

Hello! Just relax and unwind? This is excellent in our quiet thatched house overlooking the North Frisian marsh. You can rent one of two apartments in the house here. The cozy apartment is fully equipped and has a garden with terrace. Small happiness - secluded location, sauna

Lovingly and thoughtfully, we have created a fantastic apartment on 70 square meters for 2 (up to 4) people on 2 levels - the sleeping area is located in the light-flooded upper floor. Please note that the only door is the bathroom door - the rest is open. We have tried to build as sustainably, ecologically and high-quality as possible - the colors are from the chalk period, the paints are water-based.

Living under thatch 2

This cozy thatched cottage was built in 1831 and has been continuously rebuilt and modernized over the past 30 years. Since 2012, we have been renting 3 modern apartments. The house is easily accessible by both train and car. Niebüll offers a great starting point to get to know the diverse holiday region on the Wadden Sea!
