Monthly Rentals in River Forest

We had a wonderful stay at Jay's place. He met us in person to check in and personally showed us through the house and made us feel so welcome. The house was very homey and had everything we needed. It's also in a great location in a very walkable neighborhood close to the Frank Lloyd Wright Studio. Oh, and morning coffee on the sun porch was delightful. Thanks for a great stay, Jay.

This airbnb is so cute and cozy! I didn’t get to walk around the neighborhood but the street is super cute, quiet, and close to some restaurant and shops. Elizabeth is AMAZING!!! From trying to book the airbnb, to flying home, she was there every step of the way. My traveling situation was very odd with cancelling of flights, etc, but she made sure to answer any questions I had and accommodated my stay very well. This was my first time in Chicago and my first time flying by myself so Elizabeth’s communication made me feel secure. I would 100% book here again and have Elizabeth as my host!

We loved the coziness and privacy of the place, it was such a welcome hideaway after our busy days sight seeing in downtown Chicago. The blue line train stop became our bestie because it got us downtown and back relatively quickly (30-40 min) and direct. The neighborhood was nice, walkable and we got pretty gorgeous weather. The space was clean and welcoming with all the needed necessities. So comfortable and clean, and it smelled so nice when we arrived. The bathroom was clean and bright with plenty of clean linens. We saw Jordan out walking the dog a few times but they made a point to give us good space, and responded quickly when we needed the door lock battery changed after checking. Would absolutely recommend and hope we get to visit again!

This was my second time staying in Matt’s home. It is clean, comfortable, beautifully appointed and has many extras that make you feel ‘ at home’. I’ll be looking here 1st for my next trip to the Oak Park area. Thank you for another wonderful stay!
