Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Riverdale

Andrew and Phoebe's place was perfect for our short stay in Atlanta. Located on a quiet street with a picturesque backyard, the apartment was even nicer in person than in the photos. Super clean, comfortable bed, and luxurious bathroom. The hosts were very responsive, even when we needed a little assistance with the keypad at check in. The only drawback was that there didn't seem to be much of a sound barrier between the unit below us, and the sound of young kids playing loudly woke us up both mornings. Otherwise everything was perfect.

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

Communication with the host was smooth. Check-in was seamless with clear instructions provided ahead of time. It was clean. Would stay here again.

Everything was great. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. The location is perfect and so close to many things. Must check out the aquarium, the Krog, beltline, plus many more attractions!

Stayed here for my boyfriend's birthday. he is into smart homes and gave me kudos on finding this gem. Being right upstairs from the beltline was amazing...got in a nice run before we headed home. Will have to visit another time and explore beltline again, will def stay here again.

Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all expectations. The views were absolutely breathtaking waking up to that scenery every morning was like a dream. The space was beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The host was welcoming, responsive, and made sure every detail was just right. If you're looking for a peaceful escape with stunning views, this is the place. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Ian’s place was beautiful and clean. My kids enjoyed the theater and the adults enjoyed the sunroom. The host was responsive and handled anything we needed in a timely manner. I recommended this place to a friend who will be in Atlanta in a couple of months.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving! It was spacious and comfortable for my family. I enjoyed my stay. The host was awesome especially with our short notice booking. Best part we was close to the airport. Quiet, slept great, great showers.

Craig is a wonderful host. The house was just as it was pictured. The neighborhood was peaceful and if you have a vehicle driving distance to the main st with plenty of restaurants, Walmart, banks, etc. Thank you for having me. Next time I'm in Hampton GA I will be sure to stay here.

Great location! Very clean place. Huge yard and great amenities. Felt right at home coming all the way from California. Andre was very communicative and kept me apprised of all activities and check-in procedures. Would 100% stay again and recommend to others.

We had a lovely stay. The house was clean and really nicely furnished and Savannah has clearly thought through everything guests might need. She was super responsive and helpful. The backyard is also a great spot for kids to run around and explore, and perfect for family photos. Would come again!

Raheem was a great host and really helpful throughout my stay. He was easy to reach and made sure everything was taken care of. The place was just like the listing—clean, comfortable, and in a good location. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. We only stayed one night but we enjoyed our stay. beautiful furnishings and enough necessities. it was also easy to order delivery. The home is in an artsy neighborhood that seems up and coming but not too busy.

Overall, I had a great experience at Sara's condo! Sara was very detailed about all aspects of the stay, and the view from the terrace was great. The condo was clean and everything was accessible. Everything you need is within walking distance or a short Uber ride (if not wanting to drive). While this is not a deficiency with Sara/ her property, I did experience some challenges with Metropolis parking while there. So, I'd suggest parking in AAA parking lot or exploring other parking options.

I had a great stay at Julian’s place! He was incredibly professional and responsive, always quick to answer any questions and made check-in seamless. The space was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was also super convenient, centrally located with easy access to everything I needed in Atlanta. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Julian as a host!

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

Beth’s place is centrally located to an endless amount of things to do. Her apartment is well appointed and very functional. We’ll definitely rent from Beth in the future!
