This unique home has panoramic views of Køge Bay with views of Copenhagen. There is a large private beach and a nice bathing bridge. Private heated pool, which is covered, but which can also be opened. Two good bathrooms, one by the pool. The premises rented in the lower floor are a total of 125 m2 and consist of a large kitchen/living room, two bedrooms, a hallway and a large bathroom. In addition, there is a terrace both up and down, and free parking can be done both up and down in relation to the property.

Welcome to our "sommerhus". It is 135m2 and located 700m (10 minutes) from the beach and Marielyst's center. During the renovation, we attached great importance to sustainable materials, Nordic design and a wide range of activities. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated pool, outdoor shower, sandpit, playhouse, smart TV, WiFi and activity room with table tennis, table football and a climbing wall. Lovely cabin with 6 sleeping places divided into separate bedroom and two lofts. The cabin is 25m2 and has its own shower and toilet as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Lovely large bathroom and a smaller covered terrace with outdoor furniture. When renting the cabin, you have free access to all on-site amenities. The cabin is equipped with duvets and pillows. Bed linen, towels and tea towels must be brought. Linen package including bathing towel can be purchased.
