Rade is located on the direct border to Hamburg between Nordheide and Altem Land on the southern city border to Hamburg. In 15 minutes you are in the city of Hamburg via the A1. Rade belongs to the joint municipality of Neu Wulmstorf in the district of Harburg. Rade has its own highway exit and access, making the highway exit easy to find even for those unfamiliar with the area. I'm offering a luxurious house (I'm partly there too, but stay completely in the background) with the best equipment, e.g. underfloor heating, washing machine, office technology, garage, (bicycle) workshop, large garden. Hamburg can be reached by car in about 30 minutes, the Elbe and Hamburg-Harburg in about 15 minutes. The Lüneburg Heath is right outside the door. There is a small glider airfield in the village. It is possible to arrive by train - the best way is by car or bike.

The small fireplace invites you to cozy hours in any weather, while you let the view wander into the distance through the panoramic window.

Big vacation home with sauna by the Klecker Wald

Our Heidehaus was built in 2001 in traditional timber construction with ecological materials and has a very beautiful and relaxing energy. It consists of two connected houses and is located in a very quiet residential area, right next to the beautiful Klecker Wald (Forest). The guest house was completely renovated in 2024 and has a new kitchen, a new bathroom and a sauna with an infrared/heat cabin. I live in the rear house myself with my family.

Welcome to my unique and stylish city oasis perfectly located in between the hip districts of Sternschanze and Eimsbüttel. The charming 56m2 house is a former artist studio which offers the perfect combination of urban flair and tranquility. The house impresses above all with its amazing location. Nestled in a quiet green courtyard, you will find numerous cafés, bars, restaurants, boutiques and supermarkets just a short walk away.

The bright 50 sqm apartment is located on the upper floor of our house and has private access. The property is in a quiet, exposed location, suitable for 2-3 people and has one bedroom as well as a large separate living and dining area with kitchen.

Our vacation home on the Pulverbach is in a very quiet street directly by the forest. It has about 90 square meters. You have a terrace to linger and a garden at your disposal. The bus stop with direct connection to Hamburg is only 5 minutes away. The heath and the Heidschnuckenweg are also close by. For your bike there is a covered parking space that is not visible, right at the front door.
