Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Rosenheim

We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool - in the rather bad weather it was just the thing to create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constantly between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile baby bed, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. The size of the sauna allows several people to relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we could not really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

Accommodation was very nice. It was a little warm, but there were also two fans. The facility was great. Everything was clean. Nothing was missing. Hosts were very kind and accommodating. We were on the road a lot and it was always pleasant to come back to the accommodation. Very cozy.

Her place was great and it accommodated 5 Adults and 3 children very well! We were extremely pleased!

With one laughing and one wistful eye, we look back on our stay with Georg and Gisela. Nostalgic, because time passed too quickly and we could have stayed forever... A week was simply too short! Laughing, because it was so beautiful and we are already looking forward to our next visit to Waltersberg. We can only agree with all the previous great reviews. Georg and Gisela are wonderful hosts, as they could not be better: attentive, warm, helpful and in short people to like. The house was charming, cozy, sparkling clean and well-equipped as expected, the beautiful garden very idyllic, full of flowers and well maintained, the charming surroundings and the short distances to the most beautiful mountain and lake landscapes are worth a trip anyway. The stay was just great! We immediately felt at home in the family atmosphere! The apartment was perfect for our needs. But the service and the openness of the hosts were outstanding. There is also a large garden with chickens! 🐓

We had a great holiday here! You feel immediately arrived and nothing is missing, everything is very clean and prepared with a lot of love, it doesn't get any better! The highlight is of course the large heated pool. The town of Rott was also the perfect starting point for many excursions in the area and you can find everything you need there as well as many beautiful restaurants. Best choice for tourists in Innsbruck

Great place to stay in a quiet location. We enjoyed the morning view of the lake and the tranquility very much. The accommodation was cozy, clean and the terrace a great place to relax. Only the WLAN connection was partially a bit "fragile", but we were on vacation and everything else was convincing! Thanks a lot!

Nicole and Ali welcomed us very kindly and familiarized us with the accommodation. There is a really nice garden with an enchanted-looking pond. Some of the goldfish have an extraordinary pattern. From the house you can immediately go on a hike, it does not require a longer journey. Even with the one rainy day at the end, we had a very nice time with Nicole, Ali and Cookie.

We felt completely comfortable at Angelika's. Angelika makes an extraordinary effort to welcome her guests. We were greeted with coffee, a bottle of Hugo, several small treats and even fresh eggs from the neighboring farm. You can feel how much passion is involved. The accommodation was sparkling clean, bed linen and towels of super quality. The absolutely quiet location and the beautiful indoor climate, despite the summer heat, meant that we were able to relax superbly. Absolutely top and 5 stars worth!

Perfect place to calm down and take few days in nature. Geraldine and her husband are super relaxed and supported when ever possible.

I rented this accommodation for a week and was completely satisfied. The apartment is very cozy, spotlessly clean and ideally equipped for two guests. Particularly noteworthy are the private parking space and the stable, fast WiFi – perfect for work or relaxed streaming in the evening. Everything you need for a pleasant stay is available – from comfortable beds to a fully equipped kitchen. You immediately notice that it has been furnished with attention to detail. A big thank you goes to the host Armin, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The check-in went smoothly, and he was always available if questions arose. I can fully recommend this place and would come back anytime!

Susanne's place in Murnau is very warm. In good weather, the view of the Alps is beautiful and the small terrace in front is very pleasant. We made the majority of walking trips between the studio and Murnau station, it is doable and the path is pleasant, but you have to like walking (about 30' to the center of Murnau and 40' to the train station). Close to the apartment, there is a lady who offers Thai massages. We enjoyed it and enjoyed it.

A truly excellent find. The accommodation is very well equipped and comfortable with amazing views and sunsets it is easy to understand why our hosts feel privileged to live there. Indeed our hosts were remarkably generous, kind and helpful and gave us great ideas on what to do. If we are lucky enough to return to the area we know where we would like to stay. We had a very nice short trip with Elisabeth. The accommodation is in a beautiful setting and we would have liked to stay longer to see more. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. We'd be happy to come back. :)

The birdsong wakes you up in the morning and you drink your first coffee on the balcony overlooking the greenery while the water splashes in the pond. We had a wonderful stay in Johanna's green oasis. The apartment is chicly furnished with great colors and tasteful decoration. The kitchen is also very well equipped - sharp knives and well-preserved utensils. Work functions with the existing Wi-Fi most of the time. Munich is less than 30 minutes away by car.

We had a very good stay, the environment is very peaceful, great if you want to spend a quiet stay near nature and visit Munich. Please note, there is a 20-minute walk between the accommodation and the train station, the only downside :-)
