For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Enjoy my beautiful, light-flooded apartment with a south-facing balcony, fireplace, bathtub and infrared cabin. It is lovingly decorated with many plants. The steep stairs in the room and does not have to be used. About a 15-minute walk into town, a Lidl is right across the street. The nearest swimming lake can be reached by bike in about 10 minutes. A private parking space is in front of the house. There is one double bed and a folding mattress for a third guest.

In addition to the ideal location, the apartment scores with family friendliness, new furnishings and great views of the countryside with balcony. Ideal for 4 adults or a family. We live in the house with two lovely dogs. On site, we collect the obligatory visitor's tax in cash: persons over 16 years of age: 2 euros per night. Children (6-15): 1 euro per night.

Our old barn with a cowshed from 1866 was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residential building with an adjoining small tiny house (formerly a sheepfold and workshop).
