Yoga classes are held four times a week – ideal for strengthening the body and mind. A parking space and an electric charging station are provided. We are a 4-generation farm with sustainable projects, including an emerging permaculture garden in front of the apartment. The apartment is ideal for couples. We are happy to provide a crib.

Paula vacation home for 2 people

The very small but very rustic and cozy Paula vacation home has 2 sleeping places in the sleeping loft, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet as well as a small living room and a nice kitchen. The house has a terrace under the walnut tree, as well as a beautiful garden. Due to bed changes in the season, check-in time is generally 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Of course, it can also be more relaxed by arrangement! No pets. There is an extra charge for linens and electricity (in winter).

The apartment was only built in 2024 in a new building, the location is at the southern end of the Alte Strom. This apartment is furnished with elegant and comfortable furniture such as a large sofa and a round teak dining table. From the living room you can access the balcony with a southeast orientation. In 2 bedrooms, up to 4 people can be accommodated comfortably. It is about 1000 m to the beach.

On the outskirts of Rostock

In this cozy 52 m² apartment, you will find peace and relaxation. It is located in a cul-de-sac surrounded by numerous tall trees. The landlords live upstairs in the house. You have your own entrance area. You can charge an electric car in the driveway and your e-bikes in front of the garage at a low cost. You can park your car on the road, 50 meters from your apartment for free. The apartment was expanded in 2024 with a new kitchen and new furniture. You will receive the keys via a key box.

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we give 2 visits to the Baltic Sea cinema. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

For rent is a lovingly, simply furnished tree house, which can accommodate two people. It is on our property together with 3 other apartments in an adjoining vacation home. In the tree house there is no toilet and no shower (outdoor shower). You can use your own toilet in the neighboring vacation home. You can use all the amenities there, such as trampoline, cozy sitting area, library, table soccer. Barbecuing is allowed on the property

Schulzenhof-Woest - Vacation home

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.

Villa Ostseenordstern is located in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, in a quiet yet central location. It was extensively renovated in 2019/2020. Stylishly furnished apartments or studios for 2 to 4 people each. The bright approx. 33 m² studio on the 1st floor has a spacious living and sleeping area with a fully equipped kitchen as well as a modern bathroom with a spacious shower and a furnished balcony

We are at home here where the sea lives, watching wide beaches and the seagulls as they sail in the wind... just for fun. Slowing down is the magic word in a maritime environment, strolling and shopping at the weekly market every Saturday with regional organic products.
