Die Hütte ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Allgemeinen braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Prieros sind fußläufig in ca. 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Es ist aber empfehlenswert, ein Auto oder Fahrrad zur Verfügung zu haben, um die Umgebung zu erkunden oder weiter entfernte Restaurants aufzusuchen.

Hallo, ich vermiete meine schöne Ferienwohnung in Caputh unmittelbar am Wasser gelegen, mit Blick auf den Templiner See. Vom Schlafzimmer aus gelangt man auf den Balkon und kann den Blick auf den See genießen. Ein 1.60m breites Boxspringbett sorgt für erholsamen Schlaf. Fernseher, eine kleine Musikanlage sowie einige Gesellschaftsspiele sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und ihr könnt dort toll frühstücken. Weiterhin gibt es ein Duschbad.

Surrounded by a big lot with direct access to a swimmable lake, this serene retreat offers an idyllic escape from the bustling city life.

The calm and decent located spacious TownHouse with 180sqm has three bedrooms with 20-25sqm. The 35sqm roof top terrace invites you to chill with an extraordinary view over the Rummelsburger lake. The outside and entrance area of the property is equipped with a surveillance system camera. The maximum capacity of guests is limited to 6 persons. After the 2nd person there is an additional fee of 39€ per person and per night.

This is our weekend house - We offer it for families who could also enjoy to come in Storkow (without us obviously). The house is located only 200m from the forest and 800m from the lake and is part of a new district (2022). The neighbors are friendly (mainly families) and quiet. The garden is 280m2.
