Das Haus am See ist in Finnland mehr als eine Ferienunterkunft, das "Mökki" zwischen Wald und Wasser ist ein Sehnsuchtsort. Es wird sauniert, gewandert, mit dem Boot gefahren, durchgeatmet. Unser Mökki befindet sich am bewaldeten Südufer des Möhnesees. Und bietet hier ein bisschen finnisches Lebensgefühl. Das Häuschen steht nah am See, zurückgezogen und umgeben von Bäumen und Sträuchern. Es verfügt über eine eigene Außensauna, ein Boot und einen Kaminofen. Willkommen in eurem privaten Hideaway!

The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

Our ecological log cabin, built in 2022, is located on the edge of an oak grove on a 550 m high plateau called Oesterberge, in the middle of the Sauerland Nature Park. When furnishing, we placed special emphasis on stylish and comfortable furnishings. For hikers, mountain bikers, but also for families with children, it becomes a small paradise. Located on the edge of our farm, guests of all ages can experience pure nature, tranquility and spectacular views.

The over 700 year old castle Haus Bamenohl is hidden behind old trees in the middle of an idyllic park in the heart of the Sauerland hills. As guest of the Vicounts of Plettenberg, who have been living here since 1433, you can relax for some quiet days alone, spend a romantic weekend for two at the fireplace or take a family outing. The apartment consists of a dining and living area with a sofa bed (with a continuous mattress) and a bedroom. - Smart TV and balcony. In the separate bedroom there is a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. There's a bright, large desk there, too. There, the 3rd person can sleep on the extra bed. The beds are already made and towels are ready.

Our trailer, based on a shipping container, was designed to offer accommodation services, keeping it completely mobile - while surrounded by nature and animals while being located just some minutes away from the city. Our place is located in the middle of the Neanderthal trail. A recollection of 240 kms of hiking and biking trails leaving from our house or by short driving distance.
