The apartment is located in Sümmern on the outskirts of Iserlohn in a quiet but central location. A car is recommended. From the Iserlohn-Seilersee exit, you can reach us in 7 minutes. The sights such as Barendorf, Hemer-Sauerlandpark, Seilersee with swimming pool and ice rink, the Dechenhöhle, Burg Altena, Dortmund and the Sorpesee are easily accessible. A terrace in front of the door is at your disposal, with table and chairs, to end your day in peace in the evening.

Hi, I've been an AirBnb fan for some time and have only had good experiences. So, I also offer this apartment on AirBnb. If you want to go to the BVB game, we can get you tickets if necessary. The accommodation is 5 minutes from public transportation and has good highway connections in a beautiful setting and is suitable for couples, business travelers and families. Occasionally my kids come home and use one of the rooms. I'll let you know before you book.

You will stay in the Vohwinkel district. The beautiful Art Nouveau house is very central and yet quietly located in a 30 km/h zone. The end stop of the suspension railway, the train station with S-Bahn and regional train connections are only a five or twelve-minute walk away. Shops, grocery stores and supermarkets (Kaufland, Lidl, Rewe, etc.) Pharmacies, ice cream parlors and restaurants are also within a radius of about three to ten minutes' walk.

Just a minute walk from Lake Phönix in a 100 year old house in a traditional working-class neighborhood is our apartment "Bergmann". It was recently freshly renovated and modernly furnished. The apartment also offers a small courtyard, which is only you use. So you can rest and sit in the yard after a long day of full of experiences. If you want to do something in the evening, the nearby Phönixsee offers many restaurants and bars.
