Monika and family were great hosts. The apartment was perfectly placed to explore all the lovely places to eat and visit in Portsmouth. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and had all you could need to be comfortable. Monika and her family made the whole process very easy, they were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again :)

Fantastic stay for a long weekend with my wife! The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the exclusive development added a touch of luxury. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with a great view of the river from the balcony - The seating and table was very comfortable. The one-bedroom layout worked well for us, with spacious rooms and a hall. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A big plus was the convenient car parking, just a stone's throw from the lift. One tip for future guests: make sure to pick up the garage key fob from the apartment before unloading your car! Overall, we were very comfortable here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Immaculate little house with everything you need. Quiet location despite being near main road. Beautiful garden to look at from patio. Easy access to everywhere on IoW. Staircase is very steep, but as described.

We both loved staying in this very neat, tidy apartment for 5 nights. It was clean and clutter free. Little touches like milk tea coffee and biscuits were very much appreciated. The location was ideal for us to explore the island for a couple of days and then spending 3 days at the IOW festival. Thank you very much.

Wow, What a find! Micasa was absolutely perfect! So many little touches that really makes this place a true home from home! it was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. Sonia’s communications were excellent and efficient. We were greeted with a welcome pack on arrival which was a lovely touch. The location is brilliant for getting to the high street and the beach, and also exploring the rest of the island. We had lots of local recommendations sent over to us and any questions we had were answered quickly. (Crave ice cream shop is a must!) If only we could give it more than 5 stars 🌟 We loved our stay and will certainly return next time we visit the island.

We had a fantastic week staying at this property with our family group of 11 plus two dogs. The house was absolutely perfect for our needs - spacious, stylish and very well thought out for hosting a larger group. We especially appreciated the open plan kitchen/ dining/ living space which made our family meals and evenings together really enjoyable. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The welcome pack was an added bonus. The beds were all comfy and the showers good - always plenty of hot water for all of us. One of us has an electric car and it was a great convenience to be able to charge it up overnight on the driveway at the property, another reason for booking this house. We enjoyed spending time in the garden - plenty of seating there. The property was in a great location in the lovely village of Seaview being only 5 minutes walk to the beach. There were also wonderful views of the Solent from the back bedrooms. Highly recommend.

Mary is a first class host. She is friendly and efficient with her communication. Her house is beautiful and ideal for a break for two. The house is spotlessly clean, very well-equipped and very homely. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and is extremely quiet - we could even hear the owls hooting at night! It has a lovely sunny garden and dedicated parking. Highly recommended.

Absolutely perfect stay start to finish. Like other reviews, they have literally everything you could ever want! Perfect tranquil escape from the business of other parts of the island, but so close to the beach and restaurants. Comfy bed (even various pillow firmness to suit individual taste!), amazing shower, fans throughout, tv with everything you need, little garden to sit out in, lovely dining space, just fab really! Bianca was available for any questions and super friendly. Highly recommend to anyone visiting. Her recommendations for places to eat and things to do were also brill! Thanks so so much.

Lovely spacious property with everything provided that you would need for a weekend stay and self cater. We had family over to visit and easily had 12 of us for lunch and great outdoor space for kids and dogs.

Wonderful stay in a secluded and tranquil location. Slept like a log with the windows open during one of the hottest weeks of the year (so far). The only sounds to be heard were the local wildlife. Absolute bliss. My only regret is that we didn’t heed Georgina’s restaurant recommendations sooner stopping off for breakfast on our last day at the excellent farm shop, Harvey Browns.

We had an amazing stay in Jays Cottage. Perfect location, fabulous home, great holiday. Jays cottage is perfectly placed in the beautiful West Cowes, so many lovely sights, attractions and amazing places to eat we were spoilt. The house is lovely and Mark and Julie have created a very welcoming airbnb. Couldn’t have asked for more.

What can I say? apart from 'WOW' ! We booked Xander's Tall House for the IOW festival w/e for our daughter and son to join us with their partners and we were looking for a family orientated space with ample facilities. This house delivered in every aspect - and more! Xander is an exemplary host from the point of booking and throughout our stay being very responsive and super helpful. From opening the front door we knew that we were in for a treat! Beautifully furnished with a homely feel, a fabulous rustic kitchen which opens out onto the cutest courtyard garden for dining and which we made good use of. Loads of space with 2 sitting rooms on different floors together with 2.5 bathrooms and 4 large bedrooms there was plenty of room to spread out as well as be together! The absolute icing on the cake however has to be the location. A 2 minute walk from Bembridge's array of little shops and also the beach! Wow! This house is a gem and we had a wonderful stay. What a wonderful stay at the Little Blue house. There was lots to entertain our little ones and the sleeping arrangements worked well with the bunk bed! The house is very clean and the shower is great (as is the bath!). It’s a quiet area but within easy reach of all that you could possibly need during your stay. The kitchen was spacious and very well equipped. The walks in to town were easy and likewise to the beach. Thank you so much!

We had a fabulous weekend in Ventnor. The accommodation had everything we needed and more. It’s a light and airy space with wonderful sea views. It’s close to town and for lovely walks. Plus parking! Rodney was the perfect host. Thank you.

Another fantastic stay at Wightplace. As always, Gail is extremely response and helpful both before the stay, during and after! A truly genuine host who wants to provide a great stay to anyone who stays here. It has everything you need when staying away. Super clean, and a really comfortable bed! It is also very spacious with a TV in the kitchen/lounge area. A beautiful peaceful area with a fantastic host, I am hoping to go back in 2026 :)

This is a wonderfully, fabulous gem of a place! Very rarely do I give full-5-star reviews, across every category, but this AirBnB scored 5 stars all the way! It's a wonderfully quiet, very beautiful location, surrounded by exotic and lush vegetation. It is spotlessly clean, excellent facilities -all you need for showers etc and lots of lovey teas, coffees and basics for breakfast, with wonderful cooking facilities, if one was so inclined! There are lovely shampoos, lotions etc, in the bathroom, games to play, excellent local amenity directories, that Vikki has collated, - and lovely views of the Sea. What a joy. Thank you. Pippa

Robert's place was absolutely perfect for a weekend in southsea. The area of southsea its self is so lovely and probably the nicest location around. The place was perfect with a massive communal Open kitchen and a big front room, great for friends and families to hang out. The bedrooms were actually nicer than the pictures. The garden was great and they had lots of indoor and outdoor games which was good to entertain my niece. The front bedroom was a little loud with the road until about 10pm, but after that it was fine. The kitchen was well stocked with pans/ cutlery/ cleaning products etc. Perfect place to stay!

Fionas place was a wonderful find. Perfect for a couple, roomy and in a perfect location. On street, unrestricted parking. Will certainly be back.

This is a lovely apartment, very clean and well appointed. It is quiet, private and in a great location within feet of the beach. Some days were too windy to sit on the terrace so we enjoyed sitting in the lounge with the patio doors open listening to the waves. Lots of useful info from the host
