The light-flooded apartment consists of a living and dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and egg boiler. Welcome directly to the lake. In our beautiful apartment, a vacation awaits you from the start. The apartment is very bright and friendly. You can reach the center of Konstanz in 15-20 minutes on foot along the lake shore. Free bus use, bus stop in 5-8 min. A linen towel fee/stay of €10 will be charged per guest 3 and 4. The Constance climate protection tax of 5.6% is added to the rental price. The apartment has a minimum rental period of 7 days.

In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.
