We had a short stay arriving at 11:30 PM this Saturday night and leaving around 5:30 AM Monday morning. One arriving we received a warm welcome from Lisa and Steve Who made sure we had everything we needed including some fresh baked cookies! We really enjoyed our stay in would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in the country. Thank you Steve & Lisa for a relaxing weekend!

A lovely cottage that is perfectly situated for trips to Brazos Bend State Park, Brazoria WLR and Gavelston island SP. Lisa is extremely affectionate and caring. Everything (incl. Food) was expected. She has three dogs (if you do not mind) your constant companion keep making it even more enjoyable stay. Very nice!

What a wonderful place to relax! Lisa and Steve are wonderful hosts.From stocking the kitchen with breakfast foods, smore makings and treats, to providing pool floats, beach towels, and firestarter, our time here couldn't have been better. They were quick to respond to any needs, so helpful with suggestions for restaurants, etc..turned on hot tub and pool lights for a night swim, and we loved their sweet dogs. Hoping we can make it out here again someday. You will won't be disappointed!

My husband and I were taking part in a nearby wedding and made everyone jealous who was staying in nearby hotels when we sent them pictures of the place we were staying. The bed was super comfy and everything is exactly as described. We were leaving for the rehearsal and Lisa was putting firewood into the fire pit in case we wanted to wind down by the fire at the end of the night. She was so thoughtful. I would definitely stay there again if I found myself in Alvin, TX a second time!

Lisa was very accommodating and her home was beautiful with modern appliances that made my stay enjoyable. The pool was also wonderful and the perfect temperature. I think this has been my best airbnb stay ever.

This cottage is absolutely perfection. This was my boyfriend's first time at an airbnb and it was amazing. We had everything we needed to cook a full dinner. Everything was clean and the whole layout of the place was comfy. The pool was incredible. We wish we could stay forever!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Bluebonnet! The interior was beautiful and felt spacious with everything so organized. I enjoyed waking up to the sunshine and viewing Christmas trees outside my window! Wonderful stay, would recommend to anyone.

We were looking for something to do before the school started, and since my husband and I didn't have the same vacation weeks off we decided to do a weekend getaway with our pups. It was hard trying to figure out something to do with them not a lot of places will take three dogs. When I came across the tiny house I thought it would be just perfect, and it was! It was just what we needed. They were so sweet and they let my daughter borrow a fishing rod and we went and got more hooks. It was nice to sit outside and fish and relax. Our pups loved sitting on the porch and looking out. My daughter loved going and visiting the goats and the chickens. They also have long horns and cows. It was nice experiencing life on a Christmas tree farm (well the relaxing part) my husband and I talked a lot about how much work they put into their place to make it look beautiful they are very sweet and hard workers. I definitely want to come back in the winter when it's not so hot and enjoy the camp fire with of course the yummy s'mores they provide. We will never forget our tiny house experience.

The Bluebonnet Tiny House was our 2nd Airbnb experience, and our 1st tiny house experience! The tiny house felt very spacious for the most part, and we had everything we needed! Everything was spotless and beautiful, while still functional. The loft felt a little cramped for my taste, which surprised me, but it IS a tiny house after all. :) The view from the loft window made up for that! It was magical. The tree farm is stunning and so fun to wander through. We also made a fire in the fire pit the first night there and used the s'mores supplies Rocky & LeighAnn left—such a sweet gesture! Rocky & LeighAnn were great about communicating with us and very personable hosts. They seem like such fun people. The location of this tiny house really isn't too far from anything you'd need, but still semi-secluded for a little privacy. If you're willing to go about twenty minutes down the road or so you can find pretty much anything you're looking for. We even drove to the beach one day for a long walk there, since we don't live close to a beach. It's only about an hour away! Our top 10 recommendations while staying at this tiny house: 1. Enjoy a campfire with s'mores on a chilly night. 2. Watch the sunrise from the loft window. 3. Wander through the tree fields slowly. 4. Play Bananagrams at the kitchen table. 5. Get a loaded baked potato at Joe's BBQ in Alvin. Yum. 6. Grab coffee at Pearland Coffee Roasters. Yum again! 7. Read books on the tiny house porch, or the couch, while the sun sets. 8. Leigh Ann and Rocky were wonderful hosts and the tiny house is adorable. My wife and I stayed here with our infant and loved it. It has everything you need and is a great place to try tiny house staying. We loved the location and all the trees outside. We can't wait to visit again.

We had an amazing stay at the bluebonnet tiny house. It was so quiet and relaxing out on the farm. The lake right by the house was really something. The house was cozy and clean and had everything you could need for a nice stay. We can't wait to come back.

The tiny houses are a great just out of the city getaway. They are close enough to the sites in the Houston and Galveston area for easy access, yet out far enough for peace and quiet. The property was amazing for morning and evening strolls. I would recommend staying if you're looking for an easy getaway near Houston!

The accommodation is located in a picturesque setting full of Christmas trees. The Tiny House itself is equipped with everything you need; Including shower and toilet. The warm water in the shower was enough for one person. The bed on the upper floor is comfortable and big enough for two people. Apart from some animals, one can not hear at night. Breakfast on the small terrace, overlooking the pond, is a great start to the day. All in all: TOP - I will be back!

Tony and Chad were great hosts and have a very nice place to stay.

This was our first experience staying at an AirB&B property. Both Tony and Chad welcomed us to their lovely home. They made us feel very comfortable. We only spent the one night so we never got to sit out by the beautiful pool area. Our room and bathroom were very attractive.

The place was much better then shown in pictures.....though i just stayed for the night over there but it was very quiet and restful sleep. The bathroom is also very clean. I would definitely go again if i am visiting Houston.

We knew our stay at Tony and Chad's home was going to be a wonderful experience from our first communication with them. Located in an upscale, quiet, and lovely area, their home is elegance expressed. We were warmly welcomed and felt at home immediately. Our room was in the opposite side of the house from the master bedroom and we felt very private and spoiled. Every appointment and detail is perfection and comfort, from the notably lovely furnishings to the very comfortable mattress that wooed us quickly to sleep. Jan has a bad back and was especially pleased at how comfortable it was. The private bathroom is elegant, modern, and has fluffy towels which are a very appreciated touch. We could go on and on, but this is not necessary, as we can best describe our room and experience as PERFECT. We will be back! Thank you so very much.

Tony and Chad were absolutely wonderful. They were accommodating with our slightly late check in but still made us feel welcomed, even so late. The room was spotless and the beds/linens were super soft and comfy. The private bathroom was nice and spotless as well (super soft towels). Dianne's place is quiet and close to a variety of shopping and dining options. Dianne was friendly and accommodating. She was nice enough to make a second key for the second guest. The room was nice and had plenty of space along with   a private feel given bedroom and bathroom was located at the other end of the apartment. If you are a cat lover this is the perfect place for you. We had a impromptu fun weekend alone with her three cats. The only concern is that being that it is an apartment with three adult cats there was a bit of a odor that became more noticeable towards the end of our stay. So that is something to considered. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Dianne's home is a really great place to stay in the area. It is well located, very clean and comfortable. There are tons of shopping and restaurants to explore in the area right by the apartment, as well as close by Houston and Galveston. While staying here, we felt very comfortable and relaxed. Dianne is a great host and was always available to answer questions or give recommendations for the area. I would definitely recommend staying here to others.

Dianne was a WONDERFUL host who let us check in with a lot of flexibility to our convenience. We stayed two nights with her on our trip to the beach and it was a lovely experience. Everything was clean and neat. Her entire place was cozy and we had our own private bathroom. Her cats are sweet and beautiful, but they mostly stay out of your sight. She was a delight to talk to, and we are hoping to repeat some time soon!

This is the second time that my husband and I have stayed at Dianne's place. We chose to stay here because we had a great experience previously staying in the area with all there is to do, and even though we were only staying one night this time, you can't beat the value that you get for your dollar while staying here compared to a hotel. The place really feels comfortable - like staying with a friend. I would recommend anyone looking for a place in the area to stay here. If you have time to relax and read some or need just need a break like we did, Dianne's book selection is pretty good and has lots of options. That is just one of the thoughtful touches that made staying here feel comfortable and relaxing for our second stay.

It's Quiet, Secluded, yet Comfortable and Convenient. The Perfect Get Away!

Rocky and Leigh Ann's tiny house was clean, quaint, and cozy. We live near downtown Houston, so we planned for a short one-day getaway during Super Bowl weekend to take a break from all the ruckus. The tiny house was perfect for my girlfriend and I and our two dogs. Communication was great and Leigh Ann provided as much information as needed during our stay. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed feeding the fish in the pond and the Christmas tree trails. At night we made a fire in the pit and made s'mores. Woke up the next morning to enjoy a nice breakfast outside. I recommend this place to anyone and we plan on coming back soon! Thank you Leigh Ann and Rocky!

Rocky and Leigh Ann's tiny house on the Christmas tree farm couldn't have been more perfect. Everything was exactly as described, and the house is super cute. Definitely a must for a trip to the Manvel/Alvin area. A perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the big city.

Rocky and Leigh Ann's tiny home was just perfect after a long day. The location and ease of arrival was highly welcome, as was the general seclusion and quite. The home itself was clean and, surprisingly to me, so much was packed into such a small footprint. The bed was extremely comfortable, the toilet flush strong, and shower was specious. Speaking to Rocky and the other guests on our way out in the morning was just icing on the cake. Worth checking out!

I had a fantastic time in Manvel at the Christmas Tree Farm....I didn't want to leave. This was my first time to stay in a tiny house, and I was really excited to see what it was like to live in a tiny. Such a cool little house! Leigh Ann even agreed to let me bring my pet pig, Loretta. She had a really fun time running around. You can tell that Rocky and Leigh Ann spent a lot of time setting the house up...lots of fun details like a complete set up to make S'mores at the fire pit which is also completely set up with wood and fire starter. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Leigh Ann and Rocky were such great hosts! We loved feeding the fish, making s'mores by the campfire, and cooking our own dinner in the tiny house. We've been thinking of building our own tiny house to live in, and it has definitely encouraged us to fine tune our plans. I would highly suggest staying here! Also, being on a Christmas tree farm was awesome!!

Started out and continued to have great, fast communication. When we arrived, We were greeted by the host with a welcome gift and a smile, very pleasant and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. It was exactly as described and even more than we expected. It was just perfect, nice quiet and peaceful location with a great view from every window. The rainstorm made our cozy night in a little cottage even more perfect. The front porch overlooking the pond was an added bonus and so was being able to feed the fish. We slept great and had everything that we needed right there at our fingertips we definitely look forward to staying there again. We have definitely recommended this to our friends and family

Dimitri and Mollie were wonderful hosts who went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. When they learned that we were traveling with our six-month old son, they set up a crib and changing table in the space for us. Their hospitality was outstanding!

This was my first time using airbnb, so i was skeptical and a little scared. I was driving 5 hours from my home to houston to visit a friend, and I'm happy to say it was a great experience. I stayed in the entertainment room, the couch pulled out into a futon, and it was comfortable enough. Patrick was out of town, and I never saw him, but his communication was timely and helpful. I had a great stay at Patrick's and would definitely book again.

I really like Patrick's place! He is a good host and the area is nice. There's a brand new Starbucks across the street as well, and a shopping just down the street if you need anything.

Nothing extra-ordinary, we needed a place to crash for the night and this served the need.

Patrick is a great host!! Third time staying here and still one of my favorite place in the Houston/Pearland area. My new job is based in Pearland so needed a place to stay temporarily. Stayed at his place for 3 weeks and never had any issues with noise and got a good night sleep every single night. He even has a white noise generator in the common area to cancel out any potential noise. Love that the house is usually always quiet and Patrick always goes the extra mile to make sure his guests are comfortable. Immediately arriving at his place he offered me fresh clean pillows and blankets and made sure I had clean towels. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect including asking if I needed an iron for my clothes for work and made sure the restroom and my room was equipped with everything needed for my stay. If you ever need anything in the house or have any issue, please talk to Patrick. He's a really easy going guy who truly cares about his guests. My very first day at his house, I had weak wifi signal in my room on the second floor. I immediately addressed the issue to him and told him that the wifi issue is not a big deal and to not worry about it. To my surprise he went to BestBuy the next morning and bought like 5 wifi extender to boost the wifi signal throughout the house. Now the signal is perfect. Patrick is always at the house and is also available through text, so if you ever need anything or have any issues, please don't ever hesitate to contact him. Definitely will stay here again in the future if I'm ever in the area.

We booked almost two months before and it was accepted within 15 minutes. Great communication all the way through and the room was as described. But let's be honest you only want to know one thing. Yes, the bathroom is all Batman! It was awesome. The room was private but she was around if we had questions. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I went down to the league city area for a good friend's wedding and set up an appointment to stay with Jessica literally the morning of my stay. She was super accommodating and made sure my every need was met. I even accidentally left my rental tux in her guest room closet after I checked out and she let me borrow her key to go back and get it.
