We have 3 wonderful apartments in a quiet location overlooking the forest and meadows. At the same time, you are only about 600 m away from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

The apartment Carlo is located in an apartment building in the small village of Neppermin. It is a small 1-room apartment with double bed, sitting area, bathroom and kitchen, with the possibility for an extra bed. The place is located on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom, about 100 m away from the Achterwasser. Here you can find rest and time to unwind or explore the island from here. Charming apartment

Welcome. The apartment is located in the very center of the city, but it is located on the courtyard side, so it is away from the main street. It is a two-room apartment on the ground floor with a kitchenette and a balcony. The entire area is beautifully landscaped with greenery. There are two entrances in the building, one of which is with a ramp for the disabled / prams. Nearby you will find a park, a gallery, shops, a promenade and the most beautiful beach 15 minutes away. Vacation in the heart of the sunny island of Usedom! Our country house room in the Dreschkammer house offers you a double bed, a seating area, kettle, microwave and mini fridge (no kitchen!) as well as a barrier-free bathroom with shower/toilet. In front of the house you can end the mild summer evenings with a glass of wine. The area invites you to hike and cycle. The nearest swimming area (on the Achterwasser) is about 3 km away. The Baltic Sea beach in Ückeritz can be reached after about 7 km.

Vacation apartment in the old thatched house on Usedom

Benz is located in the charming hilly hinterland of the island of Usedom, 5 km from the Baltic Sea resort of Bansin. In addition to thatched houses, there is a Dutch windmill with original furnishings, a small gallery and a brick church with a beautiful wooden coffered ceiling designed as a starry sky, where concerts can be experienced regularly in summer. The apartment is located in my old thatched roof house and is light-flooded and friendly. It is good for couples.

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

Welcome to the tranquil village of Wietstock. The vacation home is located in an elaborately renovated brick house on our spacious courtyard with old trees. It has a separate entrance, a private garden and a nice seating area behind the house. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or working in any season. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

Sit back and relax - this stylish accommodation is great for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The beach and lakes can be reached quickly. Cycling is very important here and is possible in all directions. Hikers will also get their money's worth. Shopping in Bansin is about 4 km away. In the high season, a baker also comes weekly.
