The 2-room apartment (50m²) is completely renovated, newly furnished and is located on the 1st floor of an Art Nouveau villa, in the beautiful district of Kassberg. Shopping facilities and the indoor stand are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Very good bus and train connections. - nice large balcony - bathroom with tub and shower - lockable bicycle storage in the basement - new sofa bed (occupancy max 3persons)

Beautiful 2-room apartment to feel good!

The apartment is small but nicely decorated and located on the Sonnenberg of Chemnitz. There is a large shopping mall (SaxonyAllee), as well as some shops. The main train station is about 10 minutes to walk. A bus stop is about 2 minutes' walk away. In front of the House a small park with a playground. Free parking, if available, is available in front of the house. Small bars and pubs provide entertainment. Downtown is about 20 minutes to walk.

Free parking is available on the street. Beautiful house direct on the lake "Eibenstock" in the UNESCO World Heritage Erzgebirge. Completely furnished with a huge kitchen including all you need for cooking. A living room with a fantastic view over the mountains & the lake. The bath has a shower, bathtub, WC & bidet. The house has a big terrace and a garden with a lawn. Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket across the street and the city center is within easy walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

A piece of rural life just 12 km from the city center of Chemnitz on the edge of the Ore Mountains (without tourist tax). We have sheep and a cat. There are sloping floors and other charm of old farmhouses. Children up to the age of 6 travel free of charge. Breakfast can be booked at the nearby hotel.
