Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG und kann ohne Treppensteigen erreicht werden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe (2 Autominuten) an der Autobahn A4. Das große Einkaufszentrum Chemnitz Center ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Haltestelle der Buslinie 21 ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, mit der Sie das Stadtzentrum und den Hauptbahnhof erreichen können.

You will stay in a cozy apartment (about 45 m²) on the third floor with balcony and free parking in the courtyard. Space for up to four guests (1.40 m double bed in sleeping niche and 1.40 m sofa bed in living room). Incl. Wi-Fi. Everything is furnished with a lot of love and a sense of detail - feel at home. Whether a short trip or a longer stay, everything is there.

Our modern 65sqm apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a bedroom with a queen-size bed (spring mattress), a living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washer-dryer. Playground, bakery, butcher and supermarkets close by. Dogs are welcome. Parking? Of course on our property.

The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. In the garden there is also a rustic, wood-heated Finnish log cabin sauna, which we will gladly heat up for you for an extra charge of €15.
