Das Apartment befindet sich im schönen Gründerzeit- und Jugendstilviertel Kaßberg. Das Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden. Kostenfreie Parkplätze stehen an der Straße zur Verfügung. Das ca. 55 qm große Apartment verfügt über ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und offener Küche sowie einem großen Südbalkon. Das Schlafzimmer bietet Platz für 2 Personen, eine weitere Person kann die ausklappbare Couch nutzen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG und kann ohne Treppensteigen erreicht werden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe (2 Autominuten) an der Autobahn A4. Das große Einkaufszentrum Chemnitz Center ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Haltestelle der Buslinie 21 ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, mit der Sie das Stadtzentrum und den Hauptbahnhof erreichen können.

Live in the middle of the Chemnitz Kaßberg, a charming Wilhelminian-style district with pubs, parks, pretty shops and flair. You will stay in a cozy apartment (about 45 m²) on the third floor with balcony and free parking in the courtyard. Space for up to four guests (1.40 m double bed in sleeping niche and 1.40 m sofa bed in living room). Incl. Wi-Fi. Everything is furnished with a lot of love and a sense of detail - feel at home. Whether a short trip or a longer stay, everything is there.

Whether family celebration, vacation or accommodation to be at work faster - our granny annex is perfectly located to be in Zwickau, Chemnitz or the Ore Mountains quickly. As a starting point for hiking and skiing, it is a good alternative to the hotel. If you come with a child, you can draw from our large repertoire of indoor and outdoor toys and get active with trampoline jumping. Included in the price are towels, sheets and final cleaning.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the district Chemnitz - Reichenhain. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/ shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV armchair, flat screen TV, WiFi and stereo system. The couch can be used as a fully-fledged extra bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large closet.
