Here are large swimming lakes with crystal clear water, such as the Werbellinsee and the Grimnitzsee. Our house offers spectacular views of Lake Grimnitz. Within a 2-minute walk you can walk to the sandy beach of the lake. The shore is very flat and therefore also suitable for children. You can enjoy the evenings on the terrace.

Ideal for fishing, forest walks and cycling on the Blue Velo trail, with direct access to the water, dock, beach and forest. Ein Kamin sorgt zusätzlich für wohlige Wärme, ein großer Garten mit Terrasse lädt zum Grillen + Chillen ein.

A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

The spacious room of about 45 m² is located in the annex and has a separate entrance. A double bed and sofa bed for a maximum of 3 guests including shower, toilet No cooking facilities but a café & restaurant next door This centrally located vacation room has its own terrace with park views on the small river. We love contrasts - In Schloss Lanke, we rent a spacious 100 sqm loft in the attic. A castle loft. French Neo-Renaissance on the outside, subtle minimalism on the inside. Urban living comfort meets the lush nature of the Barnim Nature Park. Both together create the perfect setting for rest, relaxation and deceleration. In addition to vacation rentals, Schloss Lanke also houses the owners' apartments as well as office space on the first floor. We respect our privacy.

Old fisherman's house on Lake Grimnitz

Our house is situated right by the bathing beach, just a 3-minute walk from the front door. It offers a perfect blend of modern amenities and historical charm. You'll stay in the 110 sqm upper floor of the fisherman's house, with four bedrooms accommodating up to eight people. Admire the gallery displaying old fishing pictures from the 1920s and enjoy the lake view through ancient maple and cherry trees. The kitchen and living area are perfect for relaxation.

Vacation home in the countryside

The apartment is located in a stylish old farmhouse converted in 2023 in the Schorfheide nature reserve, and is only a 2-minute walk from the lake, where you can swim quietly and relax. The house has a rowboat, which can be used for a fee (€10/day). From the large outdoor terrace you can watch cranes and storks in the meadow belonging to the courtyard. The Chorin monastery and the Brodowin eco-village can each be reached in 15 minutes by car (30 minutes by bike).

The GDR bungalow with 80m² was extensively renovated by us and is under constant expansion. Our airbnb credo is to offer our guests a vacation as we would like to spend it ourselves - simply because we enjoy our property personally. Four bedrooms not only allow for relaxed family vacations, but also offer plenty of space for friends or company retreats thanks to the generous kitchen, spacious living room and extensive courtyard. you can also camp here :)

This beautiful old lake house has been meticulously renovated by a skilled architect (my hubby Steve) to blend the best of the past with modern comforts. Surrounded by a big lot with direct access to a swimmable lake, this serene retreat offers an idyllic escape from the bustling city life.

Cottage in the forest

The cottage stands in the forest, lined with a spruce and a fir tree. The furnishings are basic. There is a small area for cooking - gas stove, refrigerator and kitchen utensils are there. A small bathroom with shower is located just next to the entrance. In the living area, there is a sofa, which is used as a sleeping accommodation if necessary. Via the staircase you enter the sleeping floor.
