Tiny house on the outskirts of Berlin

A mix of construction trailer and tiny house, huge garden, in the middle of the village... 100 m to the lake... and in no time in Berlin. I build everything here myself... so everything is made with love... but every now and then something crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself. If guests are there, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the go... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are at the door... for city trips I can offer professional dog care... (had a dog boarding house before).

The detached holiday home (approx. 70 square meters) with 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, a large terrace and private garden is located in an idyllic, quiet forest edge location in Schulzendorf and is the ideal starting point for activities in Berlin and Brandenburg (e.g. Potsdam, Tropical Island, Spreewald). In summer, the swimming lawn at Lake Zeuthen and the outdoor pool at Lake Miersdorf invite you to swim. Restaurants and shopping facilities are located in the town centers of Schulzendorf, Eichwalde and Zeuthen.

Beautiful place on the outskirts of town / near forest and lake

Eichwalde is a beautiful place on the southern edge of Berlin, 25 minutes by S-Bahn Berlin-Ostkreuz and 28 minutes from the airport. You walk 1.1 kilometers / 15 minutes from the Eichwalde S-Bahn station to us. Simple ferry bikes are available for your stay, which will take you to the S-Bahn station or the bathing area in 5 minutes. A forest is just around the corner, the bakery is 300m away, not much further there are four restaurants, a delicious ice cream shop and a beautiful shopping street.

The whole apartment has been recently renovated and modernly furnished. In addition to the 2 bedrooms and bathroom, a large living and dining area as well as a small terrace await you. The attractiveness of Eichwalde is characterized by its proximity to the capital Berlin, the nearby forest and water as well as the varied gastronomic offerings. From the nearby "Eichwalde" train station, you can quickly reach the center of the capital or BER airport by the S 46 and the S 8.

Our place is close to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. The Tesla Gigafactory is about 20 minutes by car (16 km). There is a great lake view with immediate proximity to the forest. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.

Welcome to the suburban oasis! With us, recreation and quality are of utmost importance. When you enter our lovingly furnished apartment, you will find everything for a wonderful stay. A cozy queen size bed for restful sleep, enough storage space for clothes, a modern kitchenette with Nespresso machine, toaster and kettle as well as enough dishes for two people (without cooking facilities) & a bathroom with floor-level shower complete the apartment.

Lovingly furnished house approx. 25 km outside of Berlin in a quiet, natural location. Two double beds and three sofa beds offer enough space for families or groups. WLAN and a private car park are available. A terrace and a garden with a small pond invite you to relax. The bakery and supermarket are a 5-minute walk away, Lake Zeuthen with its beach is approx. 7 minutes away. BER airport approx. 15 minutes by car, S-Bahn within walking distance.

The apartment in a separate house offers Sleeping accommodation for 3 people, coziness and leisure for enjoyable food in a kitchen with a view to the outdoors, plenty of peace and quiet and a small seating area in the covered entrance area. Shower and toilet are provided. Bikes can be rented in the nearby store. Villa Hühnchen is a summer house - so it is not for rent in the winter months. We live in the front house.

I rent this room of my house in a quiet location with sleeping places for an individual. The sofa bed is 140 cm wide. We share the kitchen and bathroom. My house is about 15 minutes' walk from Zeuthen S-Bahn station. From there you can get to the city center of Berlin in about 45 minutes by train.
