Tiny house on the outskirts of Berlin

A mix of construction trailer and tiny house, huge garden, in the middle of the village... 100 m to the lake... and in no time in Berlin. I build everything here myself... so everything is made with love... but every now and then something crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself. If guests are there, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the go... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are at the door... for city trips I can offer professional dog care... (had a dog boarding house before).

The detached holiday home (approx. 70 square meters) with 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, a large terrace and private garden is located in an idyllic, quiet forest edge location in Schulzendorf and is the ideal starting point for activities in Berlin and Brandenburg (e.g. Potsdam, Tropical Island, Spreewald). In summer, the swimming lawn at Lake Zeuthen and the outdoor pool at Lake Miersdorf invite you to swim. Restaurants and shopping facilities are located in the town centers of Schulzendorf, Eichwalde and Zeuthen.

Willkommen in meinem kleinen Landhaus. Holzbalken, Dielen, alte Türen und ein Ofen schaffen dir eine warme, stilvolle Atmosphäre – ideal für alle, die Ruhe und Natur aber auch das Stadtleben genießen. Ich selbst lebe mit meinem Hund in der Wohnung. Mietest du sie, steht sie dir jedoch zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Mich findest du (ohne Hund) während deines Aufenthalts in der oberen Etage. Du hast absolute Privatsphäre, während ich gleichzeitig bei Fragen direkt ansprechbar bin.

Das komplett sanierte Apartment verfügt über eine Küchenzeile, ein eigenes Bad mit bodengleicher Dusche und genug Stauraum auch für lange Aufenthalte. 2 Personen können im lichtdurchfluteten Apartment eine wunderbare Zeit haben. Am Stadtrand von Berlin zwischen BER & Tesla befinden wir uns im ruhigen Eichwalde mit direkter S-Bahn-Anbindung (S8/S46) nach Berlin. Wir freuen uns auf Sie!

The whole apartment has been recently renovated and modernly furnished. In addition to the 2 bedrooms and bathroom, a large living and dining area as well as a small terrace await you. The attractiveness of Eichwalde is characterized by its proximity to the capital Berlin, the nearby forest and water as well as the varied gastronomic offerings. From the nearby "Eichwalde" train station, you can quickly reach the center of the capital or BER airport by the S 46 and the S 8.

Lovingly furnished house approx. 25 km outside of Berlin in a quiet, natural location. Two double beds and three sofa beds offer enough space for families or groups. WLAN and a private car park are available. A terrace and a garden with a small pond invite you to relax. The bakery and supermarket are a 5-minute walk away, Lake Zeuthen with its beach is approx. 7 minutes away. BER airport approx. 15 minutes by car, S-Bahn within walking distance.

Villa Chicken

The apartment in a separate house offers Sleeping accommodation for 3 people, coziness and leisure for enjoyable food in a kitchen with a view to the outdoors, plenty of peace and quiet and a small seating area in the covered entrance area. Shower and toilet are provided. Bikes can be rented in the nearby store. Villa Hühnchen is a summer house - so it is not for rent in the winter months. We live in the front house.
