Tiny house on the outskirts of Berlin

A mix of construction trailer and tiny house, huge garden, in the middle of the village... 100 m to the lake... and in no time in Berlin. I build everything here myself... so everything is made with love... but every now and then something crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself. If guests are there, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the go... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are at the door... for city trips I can offer professional dog care... (had a dog boarding house before).

The detached holiday home (approx. 70 square meters) with 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, a large terrace and private garden is located in an idyllic, quiet forest edge location in Schulzendorf and is the ideal starting point for activities in Berlin and Brandenburg (e.g. Potsdam, Tropical Island, Spreewald). In summer, the swimming lawn at Lake Zeuthen and the outdoor pool at Lake Miersdorf invite you to swim. Restaurants and shopping facilities are located in the town centers of Schulzendorf, Eichwalde and Zeuthen.

Beautiful place on the outskirts of town / near forest and lake

Eichwalde is a beautiful place on the southern edge of Berlin, 25 minutes by S-Bahn Berlin-Ostkreuz and 28 minutes from the airport. You walk 1.1 kilometers / 15 minutes from the Eichwalde S-Bahn station to us. Simple ferry bikes are available for your stay, which will take you to the S-Bahn station or the bathing area in 5 minutes. A forest is just around the corner, the bakery is 300m away, not much further there are four restaurants, a delicious ice cream shop and a beautiful shopping street.

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

The whole apartment has been recently renovated and modernly furnished. In addition to the 2 bedrooms and bathroom, a large living and dining area as well as a small terrace await you. The attractiveness of Eichwalde is characterized by its proximity to the capital Berlin, the nearby forest and water as well as the varied gastronomic offerings. From the nearby "Eichwalde" train station, you can quickly reach the center of the capital or BER airport by the S 46 and the S 8.

Lovingly furnished house approx. 25 km outside of Berlin in a quiet, natural location. Two double beds and three sofa beds offer enough space for families or groups. WLAN and a private car park are available. A terrace and a garden with a small pond invite you to relax. The bakery and supermarket are a 5-minute walk away, Lake Zeuthen with its beach is approx. 7 minutes away. BER airport approx. 15 minutes by car, S-Bahn within walking distance.

Relax in this special quiet accommodation on the city border to Berlin. Fully equipped apartment with large natural garden, right on the nature reserve. Parking on the premises. Your four-legged friend also feels comfortable here. Direct shopping outside the door. Very good highway connection, airport proximity (10 min) without flight noise. Bus line outside the door. Additional apartment for families/friends can be booked.

The apartment in a separate house offers Sleeping accommodation for 3 people, coziness and leisure for enjoyable food in a kitchen with a view to the outdoors, plenty of peace and quiet and a small seating area in the covered entrance area. Shower and toilet are provided. Bikes can be rented in the nearby store. Villa Hühnchen is a summer house - so it is not for rent in the winter months. We live in the front house.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Wildau, which impresses with its green surroundings and proximity to the Berlin waters. The apartment is modernly equipped, spacious and can accommodate up to four people on two floors.
