Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. From here you can explore the beautiful surroundings. Bicycles are available (see photos). Additional information: Washer/dryer by arrangement for € 5 each

Komplett neu renovierte & möblierte 22Qm/ 1 Zimmer Wohnung. Es gibt einen eigenen Zugang, zur Souterrain-Wohnung. Die Deckenhöhe ist ca 195 cm. Dazu gibt es eine kleine Küche, mit Ceranfeld, ein Spülbecken und eine Kühl/Gefrierkombi. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Eine separate Toilette mit Waschbecken und Fön gehört auch zur Wohnung, sowie eine Dusche.Ein Fernseher, Kommoden, Esstisch mit 2 Stühlen dazu. Ein großes Boxspringbett gehört auch zur Ausstattung. Crow's nest in the city center

The cozy flat is in the center of Lübeck near of the river. The house is from 1800 with a typical stairs of this time. It is the house of the entrance of one of the passageways of Lübeck. The most attractions are within walking distance. You have your own bath and cooking area, a dining room and a bedroom. Just a few steps you have restaurants, bars and little shops. In the summer time you can swim in the crow pond, where a bathhouse is. You can have boatstours, visit the Hostentor and more.

Comfortable little attic apartment

Die Wohnung wurde 2020 fertiggestellt, wurde seitdem als Gästeunterkunft genutzt und ist in gutem, sauberen Zustand. Ich selbst wohne im Nachbarhaus. Der Bahnhof Moisling ist zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen und die nächste Bushaltestelle in etwa 5 Minuten. Hinweis: Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis nicht inbegriffen, können aber für 20,-€ je Garnitur zugebucht werden. Ab einer Aufenthaltszeit von drei Übernachtungen, stelle ich Bettwäsche und Handtücher kostenlos zur Verfügung.
