The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. From here you can explore the beautiful surroundings. Bicycles are available (see photos). Additional information: Washer/dryer by arrangement for € 5 each

Dazu gibt es eine kleine Küche, mit Ceranfeld, ein Spülbecken und eine Kühl/Gefrierkombi. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Eine separate Toilette mit Waschbecken und Fön gehört auch zur Wohnung, sowie eine Dusche.Ein Fernseher, Kommoden, Esstisch mit 2 Stühlen dazu. Ein großes Boxspringbett gehört auch zur Ausstattung. Comfortable little attic apartment

Die Wohnung wurde 2020 fertiggestellt, wurde seitdem als Gästeunterkunft genutzt und ist in gutem, sauberen Zustand. Ich selbst wohne im Nachbarhaus. Der Bahnhof Moisling ist zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen und die nächste Bushaltestelle in etwa 5 Minuten. Hinweis: Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis nicht inbegriffen, können aber für 20,-€ je Garnitur zugebucht werden. Ab einer Aufenthaltszeit von drei Übernachtungen, stelle ich Bettwäsche und Handtücher kostenlos zur Verfügung.
