My stay at Michael's was great! He made me feel more than welcome, gave me lots of tips on what to do in Leipzig and in the evening, I was invited to beer and conversation with him and his neighbour - very cool, very interesting! The rented room is adequately furnished, price / performance fit very well. Michael is a nice guy and I felt comfortable here.

The place was exactly as described in the ad. Comfortable spacious room equiped with TV and PC. Big kitchen and you use all amenities.

We only stayed over the night so we've got all basics we needed. Also there is a bach yard for our dog to stay :)

Prima Value for money for such a measure center accommodation. The tiled floor everywhere even suitable for allergy sufferers, however, one can taste a bit of cigarette smoke when people smoke with the windows open. But is not so bad, is distributed in the high rooms. And in my room I smelled nothing. Could only stay one night. Thanks for the tips and maybe again.

They were good hosts, accommodating and helpful. Unfortunately the wifi was out when I arrived which made it difficult to coordinate my check in time. Once I was able to get in, however, it was a totally positive experience and I'd happily recommend it. Big, spacious, clean and comfortable beds, and not far from the centre. Thanks guys!

This place is a great find. A bit out from the city centre, but public transport is a short walk away, very reliable, and you're in the city centre in 15 minutes. The room is quite comfortable, very clean, and has everything you could need. The en suite bathroom is spacious and the shower is great. The shared kitchen is well-equipped and very clean. A great value for the money, and perfect for stays in Leipzig.

Class accommodation, class hosts.

Very nice and helpful hosts! The communication was hassle free. It is a typical Gründerzeit house that has been remodeled really modern. Everything was very clean - the Internet connection (WLAN) was great! The area is not very hip, but if you like hip, it is in a few minutes in the corresponding quarter. Advantage: parking is no problem (but you can also park in the yard!)

A wonderful night totally quiet apartment, from which you can explore Leipzig perfect. Next time we definitely stay again at cathleen that has taken us very nice in reception !!

Our stay in Cathleen' s house was exceptional .. It was very clean and cosy.. in addition it was well located and very near to the tram station..the bathroom was over expectation and the beds were very comfy ... Cathleen was very kind ,helpful and overall a great host ! We recommend the house without doubt !!!!

Fine rooms, bathroom also good, was not like the shower in the bath. good connections to the city center by tram (line 1 and 3) 5 minutes from the apartment

We enjoyed the stay at Cathleen! She is a very friendly and helpful person! A short-term transfer was not a problem! The room was even earlier than originally planned. The house is currently still a small construction site, as is modernized. We had no problems with construction noise or similar! For this one gets also a top equipment, which is completely new! The apartment was very clean and we felt absolutely comfortable! Unfortunately there was an argument in the neighbor family (Sunday, 7 clock). Since it is quite noisy, unfortunately, there was no more sleep! But who can have something for his neighbors! Therefore: Absolutely recommended!

Die Unterkunft war einzigartig und schön eingerichtet, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-verhältnis.

Das Hostel ist wirklich mit Liebe zu Deteil eingerichtet und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Ankunft war dank Türcodes sehr angenehm geregelt. Ein großes Plus war der vorhandene Kaffee und Tee. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und kann das Hostel nur weiter empfehlen!

Goed appartement en aardige meiden. Verblijf is schoon en alles is aanwezig en dat voor deze prijs. Mocht je de levendige stad Leipzig eens willen bezoeken dan is dit zeker een aanrader om te verblijven.

André was the perfect host. He was quick to respond and provided amazing instructions to find the building, the key, and the apartment. The apartment was clean and very nice. We used the washer, which was great. It was close to everything we wants to see. I highly recommend this apartment and André.

André is an exceptionally welcoming and cordial host, who will leave nothing to be desired. Communication with him was unplayable. This is immediately noticeable in his apartment, where everything is lovingly thought. It was easy to find and centrally located, so we did not need any public transport. The well-appointed, centrally located apartment and friendly hosts, we can only recommend highly. Although situated in the center and walk distance to all major attractions, the apartment is so quiet as a corresponding accommodation in the countryside.

The apartment is large while making full and stylish. It is within walking distance from the main station in about twenty-five minutes and is usually reached by public transport from there in a few minutes. Johanna's und Ulf's Apartment war nicht nur total schön, sehr sauber, unglaublich zentral gelegen und toll eingerichtet, sonder hatte auch einen unschlagbaren Preis. Die Koche hat zum Kochen eingelagen, das Badezimmer war tip top und für uns sogar ein bisschen luxuriös und die Zimmer waren toll zum Aufhalten, bevor man in die tolle Altstadt loszieht. Ebenfalls die Kommunikation im Vorhinein war total nett und unkompliziert. Für mich und meinen Freund die beste Airbnb-Erfahrung, die wir je hatten.

Was easy to found the local. The space is confortable, you can cook there if you want, is easy to reach the ciy center walking, the region is very j8ce! Unfortunately the apartment is above a bar with live music, the noise is not so aloud but you can hear this. The apartment smells to tobacco.

PRO Contact and keys have worked very well. Also during the stay I could reach me at Andre's demands. Very nice and friendly handling. Convince the accommodation can mainly by the location and the price. To dwell on these terms in close proximity to the city center, is certainly a big plus. The equipment is good, it has kettle, toaster, dishes, etc. in the kitchen, so you could well produce smaller meals. The internet works well. CONTRA As regards hygiene could certainly still a lot to be made. The bathroom muffelt as suspended from the ceiling of the mold (there is no window in the bathroom), the fridge works well, but the lower part looks a little rusty / scruffy. There were no towels (although as noted) not bedding, duvet cover and fresh as well. The floor was easy in many places dirty due to dust and other particles. The low price is certainly for many all decisive argument, I would do it again not as it should be easy to give a degree of cleanliness. PS: The noise is not a problem, especially since it is also free earplugs so.
