Very charming and well-maintained studio in a perfect city location with excellent transport connections. Right in the middle of the popular district. Quietly located in the yard with its own green terrace, partly covered. The apartment has been carefully renovated and individually furnished with a lot of love for detail. The comfortable studio is open plan with a separate sleeping area, a door to the bathroom, and a spacious living area. The price includes the Airbnb fee of 15.50%.
