Modern tiny house, newly built and finished in early 2025, located on a pine-covered forest property just 200m from the Baltic Sea beach, perfect for a nature-inspired summer getaway. This beautiful wooden home features a large private terrace, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, and oven, a cozy seating area in an open-plan living and kitchen space, and a bedroom with a box spring bed. The tiny house is not suitable for holidays with your dog.

The seaside resort Lubmin is centrally located. The island of Usedom is 16 km away and the island of Rügen 54 km. The Hanseatic city of Greifswald can be reached in 20 minutes by car

The loft-style apartment with high-quality furniture and fully equipped kitchen as well as the two bathrooms (one of them en-suite) are furnished with attention to detail and an eye for beauty. Relax in the infrared cabin, which is located in one of the two bedrooms, each equipped with 180x200 box spring beds, or in the freestanding bathtub. Alternatively, you can relax on the large terrace overlooking the harbor and lighthouse.

BlueNote Loissin

BlueNote is 40 m from the sea. You can walk to the bench at any time with a coffee or a wine in your hand, which is directly on the small steep bank and lets your gaze widen: the Bodden looks different every day...and always beautiful. Loissin, with its unknown and very natural coast, is an insider tip, a hidden place. The house with garden is not visible and has a piano, fireplace and Wi-Fi. Change always on Fridays.

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level. Many details reflect the charm of the old house, built in 1850, and yet there is no need to forego comfort. If you love a rustic ambiance paired with Scandinavian elements, this is the place to be, where the fox and crane say good night.

We rent our apartment on the Baltic Sea hiking trail. The apartment consists of a kitchen, shower room, hallway and living room-bedroom. The Hanseatic cities of Greifswald and Stralsund are close. Likewise, the Baltic islands of Rügen and Usedom. You can experience culture in the cities, relax on the Baltic beaches or be active in sports.

Cozy apartment near water and forest – ideal for couples & families Welcome to our lovingly furnished apartment "Galerie" in a quiet location. It is located on the upper floor in the renovated outbuilding of our courtyard and can accommodate two adults and two children. Just a short walk and you are by the water or in the forest.
