A baby cot is also available. This boat features private terraces (open and covered) for evening relaxation. The property is located close to the beach and public transport links are within walking distance.

The beaches of Usedom, Lubmin and also Rügen are easily accessible by car. A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle. Feel free to write if you want to bring your dog.
