In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. De originele details, zoals de hoge plafonds, de bedstee wanden en zelfs een originele bedstee waar je in kan slapen, zijn behouden. Maar liefst 65m2 met een eigen keuken, ruime woonkamer en aparte slaapkamer met vrijstaand bad. Toilet en ruime inloopdouche. Met de optie om, tegen extra kosten, gebruik te maken van de hottub, sauna en buitendouche kom je heerlijk tot rust

Idyllic, quiet and rural, our farm is in a wonderful secluded location in beautiful Friesland. The apartment for 2 people is located on the upper floor of the house with direct access to the horse stable. The North Sea is only a few kilometers away and can be reached via beautiful bike paths. If you want to bring your horse, this is also a possibility. A riding arena and an indoor riding arena are available. On the farm there are horses, cows, 2 dogs, chickens, geese and 2 people :)

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

Our small, cozy apartment for 2 people is located about 2.5 km or 15 minutes by bike from the North Sea coast. The prices are per night/apartment plus tourist tax €3.50 in the main season and €1.80 in the off-season per person./day including bed linens, a set of towels and 2 rental bikes. Welkom in ons unieke tiny house, verscholen in een privébos aan de rand van het charmante Friese dorp Noordwolde. Deze moderne accommodatie is ideaal voor rustzoekers en natuurliefhebbers. Geniet in de zomer van je ruime prive tuin met zitgedeelte, een veranda en een hangmat tussen de bomen. In de winter zit je heerlijk knus binnen bij de houtkachel die de ruimte binnen no-time verwarmd. De tinyhouse is compact maar van alle gemakken voorzien!

Our cozy apartment is very natural, surrounded by lots of trees and has a nice garden seating area. It is in a residential area in the beautiful city of Norden, a 10-minute walk to the market square. The great thing is, bicycles are included in the rental, so you can cycle directly from the front door towards the Wadden Sea. (20 min.) The use of the bicycles is at your own risk. My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
