Our Inselhuus apartment is located in the heart of the Friedrichstraße pedestrian zone, just a few hundred meters from the beach promenade and the town center. Our modern apartment is located on the second floor of the building. It features a spacious bedroom plus a sleeping alcove with a loft bed. The apartment has a roof terrace facing the pedestrian zone and an open-plan living room with a kitchenette and dining area for four people. Floor-to-ceiling windows in every room complete the light-filled apartment.

Die helle Wohnung bietet einen großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich mit Küchenzeile, großem Esstisch & gemütlicher Sitzecke. Das separate Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein komfortables Doppelbett. Das Sofa im Wohnbereich lässt sich als zusätzliche Schlafgelegenheit nutzen, sodass bis zu vier Personen Platz finden. Restaurants, Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten & der Strand sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Erholen und/ oder mobil arbeiten (Bürostuhl, 24 Zoll Monitor, etc.). Das Objekt befindet sich in erster Meereslinie und liegt in einer der besten Lagen auf Norderney. Auf ca. 32m² verteilen sich ein Flur, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer, ein Wohnraum mit einem Schrankbett und einem -ausziehbaren- 3-Sitzer-Sofa.

The modern vacation home in a quiet location is also well suited for athletes.

Die Wohnung wurde Anfang 2024 vollumfänglich renoviert.
