The "Memmert"apartment is located on the second floor of a Gulf Barn in the middle of the historic center of Greetsiel. From here it is only a 2 minute walk to the port. For a delicious breakfast, coffee or cake you just have to go down the stairs, because the Café Friesenherzis located directly under the apartment in the Gulf Barn. The apartment is perfect for a break for two. On 36 square meters, the "Memmert"apartment offers an open kitchen-living roomwith a separate bedroom.The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need on vacation. The living areais flooded with light from two floor-to-ceiling Velux windowswhich offer a wonderful view. In the large double bed (180x200cm)you can sleep wonderfully under the self-made bed linenFriesenherz workshop. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in showerand hairdryer. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.In the shared utility room (together with Fewo Memmert) you can wash, dry and iron your laundry. As the town center is closed to traffic, we have rented a parking lot for you on Ankerstrasse, which is about 400m away on foot. The attic apartment with its 30 sqm is the perfect size to spend a few nice days for two or alone. The apartment is absolutely quiet and rural, on the outskirts in a cul-de-sac. In the bedroom there is a bed with the size 160 cm x 200 cm. A highlight is the shower, which is directly integrated into the bedroom. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Emden, Aurich, Norddeich, Greetsiel... Everything is between approx. 10-20 minutes away by car.

This lovely comfortable home is located near the city center and a green park. Fully equipped; free parking and free use of two bicycles... Within 10 minutes, you can be in the city center by bike.
