small apartment with 1-2 person bathroom

My place is in Dortmund Wickede, and it 's on the outskirts of Unna. The connection to tram and public transport (bus, tram and S-Bahn, BvB stadium) is very good and can be reached within 2-3 minutes. The distance to the city center of Dortmund is 12 km, with the S-Bahn S4 to the Stadthaus stop 12 minutes. In Wickede there are shopping facilities, restaurants and places for breakfast. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Since the bed, 1.40 x 2.00 m, is located under a sloping roof, it is narrower for two people than in a detached bed (see photos).

The hombruch city center with coffee's, restaurants, ice cream parlors and numerous shopping facilities is within walking distance in 2-3 minutes. Parking is available in front of the house. Of course, two bicycles are also available.

The district at Westfalenpark 2 (BVB/Messe on foot)

The apartment is located in an absolutely central location, within walking distance 10 min to the Westfalenhalle to the football stadium or to the city . A supermarket is close by. There are lots of great restaurants in the area. The subway stations are a 2-minute walk away . Free parking is available in front of the house. A parking space in the yard can also be rented. If needed, there is the possibility to rent two bikes to get from A to B even faster.

It is bright and friendly equipped. In total, the 40-square-metre apartment offers space for relaxation after trips to the city's surroundings. An entire apartment is rented out. The apartment is in an apartment house on the 3rd floor in Borsigplatz (Do.-Stadtmitte). There are many free parking facilities in our street, as well as in the neighboring streets. The city center of Dortmund is about 1 km away and superbly accessible by tram or on foot if you feel like defending your legs.
