We had a wonderful stay at Anja's house. It was very clean, looked like new and nicely furnished. The neighborhood is beautiful, into the nature, quite, a little far from the city but there's a bus station very close. Overall, great house and good value for the money.

This was our first ever Airbnb experience and it could not have been better! The host was extremely accommodating with a crazy travel schedule for our arrival. They also communicated immediately throughout the planning process. Now the home. It was spotless clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable amenities, and a warm and inviting feel. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. People are always out walking, biking, and doing other activities. All the neighbors were kind and talkative telling us "Moin!" every morning. I cannot say enough good about this home and the host! They are absolutely fantastic!!!

We love this place alot. It is a silent, clean and tidy appartment. We had everything we needed here. It was easy to find and the town and highway was only minutes away to drive. We want to come back some time. Thank you for a nice stay.

The apartment was perfect, clean, spacious and very comfortable. We were four (2 adults and 2 kids) and could sleep in separate rooms. The winter garden was great. Anja and her mother were very communicative and helpful and we had no problems arriving or leaving. The neighbourhood is very quiet. We didn't see much of Flensburg as we stayed there only for 2 nights, our main intention being the visist to the Laboe museum 100 kms away. In any case, we didn't have any problems finding a restaurant or a supermarket, it's all at hand or at a short distance by car.

Great flat, very spacious and well kitted out. Lovely hosts who have been extremely flexible with arrival and departure. Kids friendly. Highly recommended. We will come again.

When we arrived at this cozy and tastefully decorated accommodation in the evening, we immediately regretted that we could only stay one night. Anja is a super nice landlady, which received us very friendly. The apartment is perfectly equipped and is also recommended for a longer stay. Anytime perfect and fast contact via email or sms. Better you can not hit it!

A wonderful stay! We felt very comfortable! Anja gave us a very warm and shown the super-equipped apartment. - There was nothing missing: a hair dryer, a thermos of tea and some tea, sugar, salt, pepper, sharp knives, a hand mixer, beer in the fridge ... just to mention the special things! :) We could also be on because the apartment has its own entrance and even a parking space right outside the door. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in a village in the country, but there are actually only 10 minutes by car to Flensburg. Anja's house is a very smart, beautiful space with everything you could need. Anja was the perfect host, welcoming us in and showing us around and leaving us to it. We only stayed for one night but we were able to cook, drink wine and chill out with a film with total ease. The bathroom has a range of small home comforts which really helps if you're traveling light. The bed is the most comfortable one we've stayed in - totally luxurious! Thanks Anja, a great place!

The house was everything as described in the picture - nice, spacious, well equiped, and clean. It's located on the countryside, only 20 minutes by car from the city centre of Flensburg and the Danish border. The surroundings are relax, safe and green. For everyone who needs to check the internet every once in a while, the home offers a very good connection. We had an amazing time. Wir kommen wieder!

This was a perfect place for us for a month in September and October 2016. The wonderful, warm hosts are a real live family with a dog and cat and a big back yard. The residence is half of a picturesque, older building with thick walls and a thatch roof, completely redone with everything we could have wanted, including a dryer. It was extremely spacious with great storage, nicely supplied, and at night it was so quiet and comfortable. Meyn is a residential area just a few miles away from beautiful Flensburg and the Danish border. As we often are, we were really surprised by how many scenic and historic sites there were within a short driving distance and we would've needed no other reason to be pleased than what a nice town Flensburg is—for walking, boat cruises, historic and cultural locations. Drives to either east or west coast and the myriad nature preserves and beach activities sites is just a short trip. We really enjoyed long walks on the trails in the magnificent woods just a block or two away. For supplies and food, just a couple miles from Meyn on one side is Shafflund and on the other, Handewitt. We were never at a loss for places to find what we needed. It was truly a pleasant stay and we will miss Manja and Christian and the kids, and just being there, a lot.

Location is very good starting point for excursions in the area. Very nice and helpful host family. We have felt very comfortable and can recommend this property as an insider tip.

Very cozy house. Fully its own charm from the old days, in a modern environment. We were 8 people, 2 families. The many rooms and two bathrooms worked fine. Here are taken care of the most basic things in a kitchen, coffee and tea were available. The cute cat came by and made fun. We had some good trips to the city of Flensburg and the Wadden Sea. Can only recommend the place.

We highly recommend Manja's place. It is exactly as you see it on the website. Clean, spacious and cozy. Manja was flexible in receiving us, and because of our previous communication concerning transportation to Flensburg, she even made a new manual with useful information about busses, taxi's etc. Manja is a smiling, courteous hostess, who is genuinely devoted to her guests wellbeing. Sparkling wine and chocolate was waiting for us at the house. There were plenty of towels, kitchen ware, napkins, soap, coffee etc. The beds were perfect! Please don't hesitate in booking Manja's place, you won't regret it!

Small basement room with everything you need for 2 guests - conveniently located on the B200 about 10 minutes on the country road from / to Flensburg. We stayed 3 nights and were also a bit wandering in Wanderup - a small place which also has everything you need. We were primarily in the area shopping (FÖRDE PARK) and always arrived fast! (Pleasant ride on the country road instead of the traffic jam;) The room had a bit of a harsh sleep sofa but everything you needed. Refrigerator, and small stove with oven as described. The own toilet and the shower were in the course. Everything OK!

We had a great time in Northern Germany and Carola's house enabled us to have a safe, clean, comfortable place to sleep, eat and rest. Carola's neighborhood is beautiful and the weather in Germany in the summer is excellent.

We felt very comfortable in Carola's home. Everything was as described and very comfortable. Carola and her family are very loving and hearty people. We got along very well. We can only recommend this beautiful place.

Sascha has been very communicative, and answered to our messages very quickly. He recommended us a close beach. The appartement is just like on the pictures. The neighborhood is a quiet suburb of Flensburg, close to the motorway and the railway, but these are not disturbing. We had our bikes with us, and loved the great bike roads. You can go by bike to the baker and back in 15 mins to get some fresh croissants for breakfast. Flensburg is also quite close either by bike or by car. We felt also very safe to leave our valuables (laptop, cameras, etc...) in the flat. The guest wifi has sufficient signal everywhere, the internet connection has been good. All in all, Sascha and Sabrina are great hosts.

Torsten's charming private country farm house was a perfect stay for one night. It has all the basic home essentials for showering, cooking, eating, sleeping, internet, etc. We had a lovely view of a pond by the house. He greeted us with the local Flensberg beer and he was a friendly host.

We were really excited! The owners were very friendly and made us feel that we are very welcome. They came to us with the check-in and check-out very accommodating and otherwise were both very concerned that we had a nice stay. The apartment is really nice! We have the same felt like at home. Everything is nicely decorated and we lacked nothing. The location is great! By car you are fast on the highway towards Denmark and also fast in Flensburg city. A supermarket for the wine in the evening is also in close proximity. So if I had to give school grades, it would be a smooth 1. We'll gladly come back!

The apartment of Maja and Lasse was our first Airbnb stay and an absolute hit! The booking request has been answered very quickly and the contact was easy and very friendly. The apartment is as described, and newly renovated in a correspondingly great condition. It is bright and spacious and lovingly decorated. An Equipment is everything necessary available. A baby travel cot and high chair were immediately made available to us. The supermarket is open around the corner and even holidays. Up to Flensburg purely is about 3 km. We would come back anytime!

Silke's place was lovely, and felt like a home away from home, and a real country retreat. We had a car so travelling from there to Flensburg and Husum (about 20-30mins in different directions) was not a problem. Silke and her Husband were very welcoming and accommodating, and the place was spotless. If you're after a weekend away in the country I would definitely recommend this place.

Christians Unterkunft ist barrierefrei, gut ausgestattet, hell, sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Leider liegt die Wohnung nah an einer Landstraße, die insbesondere zum Berufsverkehr sehr laut ist. Da wir selbst ruhig (auf dem Land) wohnen, war das für uns sehr störend. Wer in der Stadt wohnt, nimmt das vielleicht anders wahr.
