Embrace the Scandinavian design aesthetics of this wood-clad apartment. The home features plank flooring, unique artwork throughout, pops of color, an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furnishings, and rooftop views. You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

Badehus, unik beliggenhed på mole, m/P-plads

Unik mulighed for at bo direkte på molen og bare 3 meter fra vandkanten i det ikoniske Bjarke Ingels byggeri på nyopførte Aarhus Ø. Wifi og privat p-plads medfølger. I godt vejr er havnepromenaden lige udenfor velbesøgt. Hyggelig og veludnyttet badehus med sovehems. Fantastisk, sydvendt, 180 graders panoramaudsigt til vand, havn og byens skyline. Small living når det er allerbedst - perfekt for par eller forretningsrejsende. The-køkken med elkedel og køleskab - ikke muligt at lave varmt mad.

Undisturbed and high above the water at the very front of Aarhus docklands. Spectacular views of the bay with beautiful sunrises. Two bedrooms; one double bed and two single beds. Compact living space combining modern kitchen, dining area and lounge. Spacious bathroom. Addictive balcony for coffee in the morning or an evening drink. Private parking in basement. Enjoy the tranquility at home or the vibe in the trendy harbour area, or walk 20 minutes to city centre. Bedding and towels included.

Beliggende ved Lading sø i Frijsenborg skovene, med storslået udsigt over sø, eng, skov og smukt østjysk bakkelandskab. Tæt på Århus - ca 20 min til centrum. Lys, nyistandsat, hyggelig og lækker selvstændig bolig til 2 personer. Rolige og smukke omgivelser. En perle for naturelskere. Omgivet af skov indbydende til skønne gåture. Beliggende tæt på Silkeborg, Århus, Randers. Legoland, Den Gamle By i Århus, ARoS, Moesgaard Museum og ikke mindst den skønne naturen i Østjylland med strand og skov.

Tiny House Lindebo near by the Beach

Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Velkommet til "Hjemmet" - et hus med en lang kulturhistorie Nyd en weekend omgivet af smuk natur i rolige omgivelser tæt på Århus. Lejligheden ligger på første sal med udsigt til skov og ådal. Der er et værelse med dobbeltseng, køkken, eget badeværelse og en hyggelig stue med en arbejdsplads og internetadgang. Adgang til haven i skovbrynet og mulighed for gåtur i skoven. Gratis parkering og huset ligger 10 minutters gang fra busforbindelse til Århus centrum. Ingen adgang for kæledyr.

Der er bordplads og stole foran huset til en kop kaffe eller en læsestund - andre pladser i gården er forbeholdt os selv og vores naboer. Cosy “tinyhouse” guesthouse with enough space for one person - or a couple. We have table and chairs in front of the house, for a cup of coffee - other seatings in the yard are reserved for our neighbors and ourselves.

Badehuset ligge på Århus ø som er det nye hippe sted. Tag fiskestangen med - mulighed for fiskeri lige ved huset. På havnen 100-200 m fra huset er der rig mulighed for at indtage et dejligt street food måltid 🍺🌮🍔og eller sin morgenkaffe☕️ 🥐eller måske en lækker is 🍦🍡til at slutte dagen af med. Eller tag et smut til centrum 1,5 km🤗her er det rig mulighed for Shopping og gode spisesteder.

Ferielejlighed på landet

Hyggelig 1. salslejlighed på vores gård, beliggende i landlige omgivelser. Boligen ligger centralt i Østjylland, 18 km fra Århus C og 9 km fra tilkørslen til motorvej E45. Til lejligheden hører en syd/østvendt terrasse. Der er plads til fire gæster. Vi har en sød, børnevenlig og rolig hund, og en grå kat, som går frit på ejendommen. Hunden og katten må ikke være i lejligheden.
