Cozy and well-appointed 1 1/2 story house with lots of charm, close to Palmestranden. The house contains a large kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room with a washer and dryer. 3 bedrooms, (1 on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor) The house has stairs and is therefore not suitable for small children. Nice large private garden with several terraces, sun loungers, garden furniture and gas grill. If the weather is bad, there is a large, nice conservatory with both dining area and cozy corner. Pets are not allowed.

In the forest near the house we have built a shelter. The shelter can be used for a short break or an overnight stay in the nature.

Huset er 64 kvm., fordelt på 2 etager. På 1. sal er der badeværelse og soveværelse og i stueplan er der køkken, toilet samt en stue med en sovesofa. Der er gratis parkering i gaden.
