Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

Located in Plouégat-Guerand between the bay of Morlaix in Finistère, the Pink Granite coast in the Côtes d'Armor, and the well-known Ploumanac'h, enjoy a breath of fresh air in the countryside, in this independent gîte full of character. The house is located 650m from the beach of Vilin Izella. A road and path allow you to reach it along a creek. The Pointe de Beg Ar Fri less than1 km away offers many beautiful viewpoints. The stone house is surrounded by a flowered and wooded garden of 2000 m2. It has been completely renovated to offer comfort summer and winter with a large living room equipped with a heated floor and wooden floor. We hope that you appreciate it as much as we do.
