Quiet house between land & sea, beaches 1 km away

Located in the countryside and quiet, between land & sea, close to beaches, we welcome you in an authentic and carefully restored setting: a typical house of the Pays du Trégor, 100 m² for 6 people, all comforts, with private courtyard with flowers. Ideally less than 1 km from the GR34 and on the edge of the Vélomaritime, on the heights of Pointe de Runglaz, 4 min. drive to the beaches and 6 min. to the shops. On site, equestrian accommodation with 650 m² arena, stable and 2 boxes.

Charming cottage, feet in the water

At the tip of the harbour, after it is the sea, charming cottage feet in the water with very beautiful view. In a small port typical of this Brittany strong of its marine history. Pink granite, hiking trails, the GR 34 passes 300m from the cottage. The beaches on foot, fishing on foot, less than 50m, the cafe of the port, the restaurant and the direct sale of fish by the fishermen. Access to the mezzanine is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.

The house is located 650 m from Vilin Izella beach. A road and a path allow you to reach it along a stream. The Beg Ar Fri point, less than 1 km away, offers many magnificent views. The stone house is surrounded by a 2000 m2 flower and tree garden. It has been completely renovated to offer comfort in summer and winter with a large living room equipped with underfloor heating and wooden flooring. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Want the tranquility of the countryside 10 min from the sea? In the little hamlet of Lanleya, charming character farmhouse rents set in a large wooded park and crossed by a little stream. In this rural setting and conducive to relaxation: an orchard, a paddock and these sheep as well as a vegetable house. Outside also includes a heated swimming pool, 2 large south and west facing terraces with garden furniture and barbecue.

"Les Hirondelles"

5 km from the beaches of Locquirec, in the countryside, we built this guest room in an old outbuilding in 2020, independent of the main house. Garden available, pond, Adirondack chairs to relax. Pets not allowed. For cyclists, we are 4 km from the Voie Verte and the GR34, a secure room is available for bicycles. Possibility of free repairs as far as possible. Linen provided. Optional breakfast at a price of €6.50

The Folgalbin House

The Folgalbin house is a peaceful and pleasant place, close to the sea. It offers many services such as two paddles, a plancha, Wi-Fi, Netflix... all in a small country house with terrace. It has two bedrooms. A real closed bedroom and another "open" one on the mezzanine. (see pictures) The nearest beaches are within a 10-minute drive. Shops nearby (bakery, caterer, Super U, tobacco, florist...) 50 m2 house.

Gite with independent entrance just steps from the sea. Our cottage includes an entrance, a fully equipped kitchen dining room, a living room with sofa bed, a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed, a 2nd bedroom with a double bed and a small bed, and a dressing room to store all your belongings and suitcases. A large private garden, not overlooked, completes this property.
