The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

Das Baumhaus Imbach bietet bequem Platz für zwei Personen. Auf dem Schlafsofa können weitere zwei Personen übernachten. Von der Unterkunft aus lässt es sich bestens zu den verschiedensten Ausflügen aufbrechen: in die Wachau, nach Krems oder ins Waldviertel. Location: The central location allows you to comfortably explore historical sights, top-notch restaurants, and vibrant shopping streets on foot. Public transportation is also easily accessible, enabling you to explore the entire city with ease. The surrounding offers: Parliament, Burgtheater, Rathauspark, Volksgarten, University, Volkstheater, Christmas Markets, Heldenplatz and much more.

Ich bin Markus und wohne mit meiner Frau in einem wunderschönen Vierkanthof aus dem 16. Jhdt. mit 4.000m² Wiese & Wald. Wir möchten auch euch die Möglichkeit geben, hier einen wunderbaren Urlaub mit Familie und/oder Freunden zu verbringen. In mehrjähriger und sehr aufwändiger Sanierung wurde der Hof komplett erneuert. Es entstanden vier Wohneinheiten. Im Ostflügel wohnen wir, im Südteil befindet sich eine weitere Wohnung und im südwestlichen Teil entstanden 2 Chalets.

In dieser geräumigen Unterkunft mit Charme wird sich die ganze Gruppe wohl fühlen. Es ist immer etwas besonderes am großen Tisch oder auf der Terrasse im Kreis der großen Familie, mit einer anderen befreundeten Familie, oder mit eigenen Freunden gemeinsam zu kochen, zu grillen, zu feiern, zu lachen. Ein wunderschönes Haus aus purem Holz nah zu Skigebieten Semmering und Stuhleck, nah zu Wandergebieten Schneeberg und Rax. Fahrräder stehen gratis zu Verfügung.

Brass, steel, wood and plants give the light-flooded loft its unique character. Most of the interior was handcrafted in our own Vienna-based manufactory :)

charmante Wohnung mit Garten, mitten in einem Wiener Park. Sehr zentral gelegen, 5 Minuten Gehdistanz vom Hauptbahnhof, 15 Minuten in die City. Die Wohnung hat 1 Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, Vorraum und separates WC. Außerdem gibt es eine kleine, aber fein ausgestattete Küche und einen Essplatz für 2 Personen. Ich wohne gleich nebenan, den Garten teilen wir uns. Lasst uns miteinander Kaffee trinken im Garten 🪴 ☕️

Unser altes, ehemaliges Bauernhaus liegt in Burgschleinitz, einem hübschen Dorf mit mittelalterlicher Wasserburg, romanischer Kirche, gotischem Karner und viel Natur zwischen Wald- und Weinviertel nahe Eggenburg. Fahrräder, E-Bikes,Kanus, Kajaks, Feuerstelle, Griller, Sandspielplatz, Tischtennis und Sauna. Und Josephsbrot, die vielleicht beste Bäckerei Österreichs mit Cafe. Wir freuen uns! Susanne und Ernst
