Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Saint Pölten

What a sensational stay we had in Vienna, we chose to walk from Wien Mitte, it took us about 20 minutes, but you could get the public transport or an Uber. The apartment was very easy to find and access, we had a tiny bit of trouble with the door code, however we were given a key for the remainder of our stay to assist us. The location is perfect, right near the river. You are a 10 minute walk from the Underground (Ubahn) which is an excellent service. The apartment has incredible views over Vienna, and is spotlessly clean. With a Billa (shop) around the corner. Travellers beware, as the Billa is very expensive, we would instead recommend the EuroSpar that can be seen from the balcony. We have every intention of returning to this stunning part of the world, and to this apartment in particular. 5 stars, perfect, couldn't recommend enough!

Such nice accommodation in Neubau! What a fantastic area to stay in Vienna. Large apartment and nicely decorated. Comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. Cozy balcony and courtyard. A little sensitive if you want complete silence when you go to sleep. Paul was a very friendly host and responded quickly to all our questions. Overall, a very nice trip to Vienna for me, my sister, my mother and my aunt. Thank you Paul!

Really nice unit in a superb location…….. I wish I’d had more time to take advantage of the location, especially for swimming and boating. Recommended.

Everything was fantastic. Pristinely clean and spacious apartment, two full private bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, AC, and all other amenities as advertised. Nice quiet location within easy walking distance to public transport and major attractions in Old Town. Extremely responsive host. I honestly cannot think of a single negative. My family of 3 stayed five nights here in our first visit to Vienna, and we enjoyed this lovely city a whole lot. My daughter loved having her own bedroom - usually we tend to stay in 1br when traveling, which also tend to cost more than this one did. So a great experience and value all around, very highly recommended! Thank you again Valbona!!

It was a little bit confusing to access the car park despite the owner sending instructions. This is because the key box with the pass is before the car park entrance but on an underpass so we were not sure where to pull in safely. However, after that everything was perfect. The accommodation was clean and in a really great location. We particularly enjoyed having Copabeach right on the doorstep for street food and cocktails. It was also a quick walk through the park to get to the Strandbad outdoor pool which I highly recommend.

An excellent and very well appointed apartment, really close to the centre. Andrei’s instructions about finding the apartment were clear. He was there to meet us and was super helpful in explaining local facilities. The fan ensured that the apartment was not overly hot. Thoroughly recommend.

The best apartment I’ve stayed in,Guido is always easy to communicate and with fast reply. If you plan to cook, it is a good option as well, there are many supermarkets, you just need to walk by a few minutes. Apartment with excellent design, Guido offered all kinds of daily necessities. It will be my top choice as long as I will be Vienna again.

Regina's accommodation is very cozy and clean. The table stove in the kitchen provides an extra spark of coziness on cool evenings. The back garden is completely fenced and was a hit for our dog, as it offers a wonderful view of chickens, ducks and donkeys, which you can also watch from the kitchen window while making coffee in the morning - very idyllic and peaceful. The accommodation is about 15 minutes by car from the Ottensteiner and about 30 minutes from the Dobra and Thurnberger reservoirs, where we took a very nice hike. Most of the taverns in the area are closed on Mondays, but a Spar was about 10 minutes away by car and the kitchen in the accommodation is wonderfully equipped, even a small grill is in the garden.

We had a very nice time in Nicole and Andreas' loft. The heated pool was the highlight for us and was used extensively. There is a lot to do in the area. The proximity to Vienna is great. Nicole's tips were very helpful. Thank you!

This is a lovely old rural house in a beautiful country setting where I wish we had time to stay a little longer. We were a party of 8 who fitted in easily with a variety of options for activities nearby. Would highly recommend this historical place.

Very nice and big garden in the property, very clean and renovated house, was very convenient if you arrive by car because you can park inside the property, it’s about 30 minutes by car from Viene center and Erol communicates very fast, easy to find and to get in.

We started from here by bike to the Wachau. Ideal starting point. Very quiet and cozy. Beautiful outdoor terrace, great amenities, everything sparkling clean and nice ! Nespresso machine with capsules on site. Parking directly in front of the door with covered carport. Communication wonderful - there really is nothing to criticize about the overall package! Restaurant recommendation 2 minutes away Pizzeria Firenze in a place to sit comfortably inside and outside. Sensational hospitality in terms of service and food quality!

Loved our stay here - Would recommend having a car for accessibility reasons but the place is beautiful clean relaxing and everything as described! Dutch tub was fantastic!

Klaudia is an incredibly friendly and amiable host. The house is located at the outskirts of the city in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. You will have to walk 10-15 mins to get to nearby public transportation, restaurants, or supermarkets. Uber is a cheap alternative though. We enjoyed the house and the beautiful decorations a lot. There are three toilets in total so no worries about fighting for the bathrooms. Sound proof is honestly not great but understandable. The only two issues we had might be that the hot water from first floors shower is hard to adjust and maintain and that wifi is very slow but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed everything. There is even an nespresso machine! Would recommend for a getaway!

I stayed here about two and a half weeks. The location was quite good with easy access to the U1, the tram, and bus lines. Just about all chain grocery stores are within a short walk coupled with several ethnic stores. The neighborhood is very multicultural and lively and people are very friendly. It is a good base to explore the city while experiencing how the locals live. The apartment is on the ground level facing an inner courtyard. It gets plenty of natural light. The kitchen is stocked with essentials, and has a dishwasher and microwave, but not oven. The bed is comfortable and firm. Water pressure is good and gets quite hot. The shower is a bit tricky to keep the water from leaking even when keeping the doors fully closed. A big issue for two people would be the space between the bed and the wall in the bedroom. When going around the base of the bed, it is quite narrow, and care needs be taken to avoid banging toes and knees. I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Ulli and Günther's apartment. The apartment is charming, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed to meet all the needs of travelers. The place is very quiet, extremely clean and tidy, and exceptionally well equipped. It is conveniently located near train and metro stations, making it easy to get around the city. There are also great shops nearby. The hosts were incredibly kind and friendly, genuinely warm and welcoming people who shared many helpful tips and information about shops, transportation, and tourist attractions in Vienna. We highly recommend it!

The apartment was exactly as advertised. They were very good hosts, with clear instructions. Everything was impeccable, sheets, towels, kitchen and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent pillows! It was a 20-minute walk from downtown, a safe and well-lit area. I recommend it

We had a lovely stay, the apartment was super clean and cozy. Januska, the host was so kind and helpful, always available if we had questions, and even let us check in early, which was really appreciated.

Christinie and Brane welcomed us with open hearts and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They were incredibly kind and easy to communicate with. When we requested an air conditioner, Brane installed it at the first opportunity. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. It’s located a bit outside the city center, and it takes about 30 minutes to reach downtown by public transport. Overall, it’s a great option for a short stay in Vienna if you’re comfortable staying outside the city center.

This is a spacious, clean and comfortable apartment very close to public transportation and lovely restaurants. We were very pleased with our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spot to anyone lucky enough to visit Vienna!

Marion responded to all our questions very quickly before our stay. He welcomed us warmly and explained all the details about the house. The house was spotless and comfortable as it appears in the photos. Small gifts were also left. He also shared his own suggestions about the surrounding restaurants. Everything was very nice, if I come to Vienna again, I would like to stay again.
