Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Saint Pölten

What a sensational stay we had in Vienna, we chose to walk from Wien Mitte, it took us about 20 minutes, but you could get the public transport or an Uber. The apartment was very easy to find and access, we had a tiny bit of trouble with the door code, however we were given a key for the remainder of our stay to assist us. The location is perfect, right near the river. You are a 10 minute walk from the Underground (Ubahn) which is an excellent service. The apartment has incredible views over Vienna, and is spotlessly clean. With a Billa (shop) around the corner. Travellers beware, as the Billa is very expensive, we would instead recommend the EuroSpar that can be seen from the balcony. We have every intention of returning to this stunning part of the world, and to this apartment in particular. 5 stars, perfect, couldn't recommend enough!

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, sauber und wir hatten alles, was man für einen angenehmen Städtetrip in Wien braucht - in der Wohnung und in der Umgebung. Kommunikation mit Constantin und Check-In waren problemlos und unsere Wünsche/ Anfragen wurden prompt erledigt.

Så fint boende i Neubau! Vilken fantastiskt område att bo i Wien. Stor lägenhet och trivsamt inredd. Sköna sängar och fullt utrustat kök. Mysig balkong och innergård. Lite lyhört om man vill ha helt tyst när man ska sova. Paul var en väldigt vänlig värd och svarade snabbt på alla våra frågor. Sammantaget en mycket fin resa till Wien för mig, min syster, min mamma och min moster. Tack Paul!

Die sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist generell alles vorhanden, was man für seinen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Lage ist optimal, direkt an der alten Donau mit Bademöglichkeit, und ein paar netten Beisln am Fluss. Die Strandbäder sind auch nicht weit weg. Ein Supermarkt ist genau auf der anderen Straßenseite. Die Anbindung mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist optimal (U1 / Straßenbahn) Der Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin ist unkompliziert, schnell und sehr freundlich!

Everything was fantastic. Pristinely clean and spacious apartment, two full private bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, AC, and all other amenities as advertised. Nice quiet location within easy walking distance to public transport and major attractions in Old Town. Extremely responsive host. I honestly cannot think of a single negative. My family of 3 stayed five nights here in our first visit to Vienna, and we enjoyed this lovely city a whole lot. My daughter loved having her own bedroom - usually we tend to stay in 1br when traveling, which also tend to cost more than this one did. So a great experience and value all around, very highly recommended! Thank you again Valbona!!

It was a little bit confusing to access the car park despite the owner sending instructions. This is because the key box with the pass is before the car park entrance but on an underpass so we were not sure where to pull in safely. However, after that everything was perfect. The accommodation was clean and in a really great location. We particularly enjoyed having Copabeach right on the doorstep for street food and cocktails. It was also a quick walk through the park to get to the Strandbad outdoor pool which I highly recommend.

An excellent and very well appointed apartment, really close to the centre. Andrei’s instructions about finding the apartment were clear. He was there to meet us and was super helpful in explaining local facilities. The fan ensured that the apartment was not overly hot. Thoroughly recommend.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Ausblick und die Terasse sind sehr schön. Die Anlage ist sicher. Der Pool war auch gut von der Temperatur. Alles super! Bettina war sehr hilfsbereit, zuverlässig und immer gut zu erreichen!

Tolles Haus mit viel Platz in absoluter Ruhelage in schöner Natur. Grossartig!

Die Unterkunft von Regina, ist sehr gemütlich und sauber. Der Tischherd in der Küche sorgt beheizt an kühlen Abenden für den extra Funken an Gemütlichkeit. Der hintere Garten ist komplett umzäunt und war für unseren Hund der Hit, da er einen wunderbaren Blick auf Hühner, Enten und Esel bietet, welche man übrigens auch beim Kaffeekochen am Morgen aus dem Küchenfenster beobachten kann - sehr idyllisch und friedlich. Die Unterkunft liegt mit dem Auto in ca. 15 Minuten Entfernung zum Ottensteiner und ca. 30 Minuten Entfernung zum Stausee Dobra und Thurnberger Stausee, wo wir sehr schöne Wanderung unternommen haben. Die meisten Wirtshäuser in der Umgebung haben Montag Ruhetag, ein Spar war aber in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und die Küche in der Unterkunft ist wunderbar ausgestattet, sogar ein kleiner Grill ist im Garten.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Loft von Nicole und Andreas. Der beheizte Pool war für uns das Highlight und wurde ausgiebig genutzt. Man kann in der Umgebung wirklich viel unternehmen. Die Nähe zu Wien ist top. Die Tipps von Nicole waren sehr hilfreich. Vielen Dank!

This is a lovely old rural house in a beautiful country setting where I wish we had time to stay a little longer. We were a party of 8 who fitted in easily with a variety of options for activities nearby. Would highly recommend this historical place.

Wir sind von hier mit dem Rad in die Wachau gestartet. Idealer Ausgangspunkt. Sehr ruhig und gemütlich. schöne Außenterrasse, tolle Ausstattung, alles blitzsauber und fein ! Nespressomaschine mit Kapseln vor Ort. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür mit überdachtem Carport. Kommuniktion wunderbar - es gibt wirklich am Gesamtpaket nichts zu kritisieren ! Restaurantempfehlung in 2 Fuß-Minuten Entfernung Pizzeria Firenze auf einem Platz zum gemütlich drinnen und draußen sitzen. Sensationelle Bewirtung was Service und Speisenqualität betrifft !

Unser Aufenthalt bei Rebecca war wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist modern und komplett eingerichtet, sauber und schön gelegen. Man ist in kürzester Zeit in Wien, fußläufig im Wiener Wald oder kann den ganzen Tag in Wohnung und Dutchtub die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls super. Rebeccas Tipps für die Umgebung haben uns an schöne Orte geführt, die wir sonst wahrscheinlich nicht gefunden hätten. Alles in allem das Rundum-Wohlfühl-Paket :)

Klaudia is an incredibly friendly and amiable host. The house is located at the outskirts of the city in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. You will have to walk 10-15 mins to get to nearby public transportation, restaurants, or supermarkets. Uber is a cheap alternative though. We enjoyed the house and the beautiful decorations a lot. There are three toilets in total so no worries about fighting for the bathrooms. Sound proof is honestly not great but understandable. The only two issues we had might be that the hot water from first floors shower is hard to adjust and maintain and that wifi is very slow but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed everything. There is even an nespresso machine! Would recommend for a getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. We especially appreciated the terrace overlooking the garden. It is a quiet location but convenient for the motorway. Ines was a very welcoming host and communicated well.

I stayed here about two and a half weeks. The location was quite good with easy access to the U1, the tram, and bus lines. Just about all chain grocery stores are within a short walk coupled with several ethnic stores. The neighborhood is very multicultural and lively and people are very friendly. It is a good base to explore the city while experiencing how the locals live. The apartment is on the ground level facing an inner courtyard. It gets plenty of natural light. The kitchen is stocked with essentials, and has a dishwasher and microwave, but not oven. The bed is comfortable and firm. Water pressure is good and gets quite hot. The shower is a bit tricky to keep the water from leaking even when keeping the doors fully closed. A big issue for two people would be the space between the bed and the wall in the bedroom. When going around the base of the bed, it is quite narrow, and care needs be taken to avoid banging toes and knees. I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return.

Ronen est un hôte tout à fait charmant et très accueillant. Il nous a attendu personnellement afin de nous donner tous les détails nécessaires concernant son appartement et le quartier. Idéalement placé, nous avons pleinement profité du lieu, très propre et bien aménagé. Je recommande à tout point de vue!

Die Wohnung ist gut an dem ÖPNV angebunden, groß und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Es gibt einige nette Lokale, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Wir waren zu viert und hatten auf jeden Fall mehr als genug Platz. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Einziges Manko: Wenn die Fenster offen sind hört man die nahe gelegene, stark befahrene Straße sehr laut.

El departamento estaba exactamente a lo publicado. Fueron muy buenos anfitriones, con instrucciones claras. Todo estaba impecable, sábanas, tohallas, cocina y baño. La cama muy cómoda. Excelentes almohadas! Estaba a 20 minutos caminando del centro zona segura e iluminada. Lo recomiendo

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold. Sebastian og Januska er de rareste og mest hjælpsomme værter. De svarer hurtigt, er meget imødekommende, og generelt bare fantastiske. Vi giver dem vores absolut bedste anbefalinger!

This is a spacious, clean and comfortable apartment very close to public transportation and lovely restaurants. We were very pleased with our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spot to anyone lucky enough to visit Vienna!

Marion konaklamamız öncesinde tüm sorularımıza çok hızlı yanıt verdi. Bizi sıcak karşıladı ve evle ilgili tüm detayları anlattı. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi tertemiz ve rahattı. Ufak hediyeler de bırakılmıştı. Ayrıca çevredeki restoranlarla ilgili kendi önerilerini de paylaştı. Her şey çok güzeldi, Viyana’ya tekrar gelirsem bir daha konaklamak isterim.

Hermoso apartamento, cómodo y cuenta con todos los implementos para una buena estadía. Notamos que Bruno había dejado todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. La ubicación es excelente. Bruno fue muy amable y atento. Seguramente volveremos a este apartamento.
