The house is located with the most beautiful view to the sea. There is a wooden terrace around the house. There is furniture for both sides, and two sunbeds for relaxing. The house is furnished with a large double bedroom and 2 smaller rooms with 120 cm beds. The bathroom has a reasonable size with large shower room. The living room and kitchen are in one with plenty of space for everyone. The fireplace in the house is a fireplace. The trampoline is at your own risk. Feel free to take off your shoes when using it.

Our guest house is located on its own, in the large courtyard. The house is cozy and partially modernized, has central heating and next to kitchen and bathroom contains of four bedrooms with a total of 8 beds - one room with a double bed and children's bed, three holding two single beds each. For bigger groups (min. 4 people) we offer breakfast with organic, local and homemade products, 125 kr/p.p. Please order well in advance!

The house has a large secluded garden and parking, is in walking distance to Ballen and the beach is just across the road. The house is on one level and contains 1 children's room with a bunk bed and a single bed. A parents bedroom with a double bed. A kitchen -living room and a TV living room. The location is really good with only a 2 min walk to the Clock Tower and the idyllic street pond bordered by old half-timbered houses. The beach is 800 m. The garden is completely open to the east with a nice view of the sea. On the other hand, the garden is completely private.
