The seaside resort of Altefähr is located on Germany's largest island of Rügen, on the Strelasund and connected almost all year round by ferry directly to the historic harbor town of Stralsund opposite. The house is part of the Sonnengarten vacation park, just two years old and with the most modern amenities. Our semi-detached house has over 80 square meters on two floors, making it the largest house type, with space for five people. Altefähr is a place for water sports, anglers, any form of active vacation - and beach.

From here, the island can be explored in all directions. Our Landkate has a modern-clear ambiance, furnished in a mixture of Nordic design, vintage furniture and Grandma Elisabeth's kitchen buffet. Through large windows you can look from all sides into the wide sky and at meadows and forests.

Built in 2019, the house sits on the edge of a small vacation home area and has a large terrace. The lovingly furnished bedrooms are each equipped with a large bed, TV and dresser. In the bathroom on the upper floor there is a rain shower and a bathtub with fantastic views. The spacious dining area in the basement with fireplace invites you to relax. And in the cold season, you can relax perfectly in the sauna! Come and discover the beach and so much more!

A spacious apartment for 4-6 people in the Renaissance manor house Üselitz on Rügen. Gut Üselitz is a listed manor house from the 16th century. The house is situated in the middle of a likewise listed park, which is exclusively accessible to holidaymakers. It is located on the second floor, is cozy and simply furnished. The beauty and tranquility of my home is remarkable. I am on site as a host and have my art workshop here. Behind the house is a garden.
