We had a wonderful stay at Marinella’s place. The area was beautiful and the villa was lovely. Marinella and her husband were incredibly helpful & answered our messages super quickly. We had a great stay and would recommend to anyone!

Communication was clear and in time. The apartment was matching the photos, very clean and spacious, well organized kitchen, big clean bathroom with all the amenities, garden and private parking. We were met on arrival personally. The only problem could occur if one of us didn't speak Italian.

Me and my husband loved staying at Damianos place . We end it up extending our stay and they were very easy to extend and let us also stay one day without paying . You have everything you need , extra pillows , covers, sheets . Damiano and Lisa are very easy to communicate for anything you need . The only down side is that sometimes you can hear the neighbors or they can hear you but that’s no one’s fault , it’s just how the building is . You have parking for your car . I only have great things to say about Damianos place , if I am in Perugia again I would definitely stay there again .
