The apartment perfectly matches the description. It's small, but complete with everything you need for short or long stays, including a washing machine in an outdoor storage room. We found everything perfectly clean. The host, Peter, is available for any request or need and ready to give directions to the area. He is also very friendly and available to chat about any topic. The area is quiet and safe, so you almost don't need to lock the door.

We found Monica and her husband to be a delightful couple who went out of their way to be helpful, friendly and communicative. The apartment, which was the perfect size for a couple or a single person, was spotless and everything appeared to be brand new. It was situated in a lovely neighbourhood which was a short bus ride from the centre of town - or 20-minute walk. There was also a large supermarket nearby. We have no hesitation in recommending Monica’s apartment.

The structure is equipped with every comfort, clean, tidy, and fragrant. We spent 4 days of work/relaxation with our 2 dogs. Just outside the villa, the convenient driveway leads to the large green park where you can take a walk... The villa is really nice, well-organized spaces, faithfully reflect the photos. Congratulations...we'll be back!

Nice, quiet location, but close enough to make it easy to visit Ravenna or any of the many beaches near Cervia. Friendly host, and lots of friendly neighborhood cats.
