Situated on a large lot with mature trees, the home is two blocks from downtown San Saba and boasts over 2,700 square feet, three bedrooms, two updated bathrooms, a large kitchen, covered porches, and dedicated work space with high speed internet. There is a large circle drive or street space available for those who need trailer/equipment parking. The home was built in 1877 for John Guion, who served as San Saba county judge and was president of the Texas A&M board of directors from 1914-1918.

The Key House is minutes from downtown Goldthwaite, close to all the area attractions. There are historical sites, wineries and hunting nearby. It is close to the Regency "Swinging" Suspension Bridge over the Colorado River. This renovated cottage style home offers one cozy bedroom and one bathroom with tub/shower combo. This 2 bedroom unit is located 1 block from downtown, walking distance to Harry's, Wedding Oak Winery, Oliver Pecan, and Bar D Brewhouse. This room is spacious and has great accommodations for your coffee in the morning and heating up your breakfast in the microwave. We also have a covered awning on the front with chairs and a spot you can put a small BBQ pit and cook outside if you like. You will find this room very clean, with much parking and great accommodations. We do not allow pets.
