Dispone di un ampio terrazzo di oltre 130 m^2 sopra il quale potrete prendere il sole e fare splendidi aperitivi al tramonto. L’abitazione dispone di: una camera da letto matrimoniale, uno spazioso bagno con doccia in muratura di travertino e un soggiorno con angolo cottura e 2 divani letto per ulteriori 3 ospiti. The house has an internal surface of 100 square meters plus terraces and it is located a few meters from the beach (around 50m). It has an internal private parking for 2 cars accessible through an automatic gate 260cm wide, a non-negligible feature considering the fact that, in the summertime, it is difficult to find a parking spot. The distance from Corso Italia/Via Vittorio Emanuele II (the street of shops, ice cream parlors, bars ...) is about 600 meters away.

L'appartamento è situato nel villaggio podere san Luigi nella zona sud di san Vincenzo, immerso nel verde, ad una distanza di circa 200mt dal mare. La spiaggia di sabbia è raggiungibile (a piedi) attraverso un vialetto ombreggiato ed attrezzato all'interno di una lecceta. Si trova in una zona strategica in quanto è possibile raggiungere molte belle località sia della costa che dell'interno.
