The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Newly renovated apartment, located on the first floor of the oldest building in San Vincenzo, where the stables of the Della Gherardesca family once stood. We took into account the value of the details that emerged during the renovation, arches above the windows and an old arch that once framed the fireplace. Very bright, the views are on the beautiful Piazza della Vittoria, home to the Municipality. 50 meters and we're at the beach!!
